I'll try this for a week. So, my last day will be the 23rd! !!PLEASE LIKE TO REMIND ME!! Start weight: 151.8 Day 1: DONE and I loved it! I wasn't too challenging but I could definitely still feel the burn. Day 2: ✅ Day 3: ❌I don't usually workout on Sundays. Day 4: ✅ Day 5: ✅Only 2 more dayssss!!!! Day 6: ✅ Day 7: ✅Last day finished! Results ~ My core strength has gotten A LOT stronger. I can see that I am mire defined on my upper abs. I didn't weigh myself for the last day cause the night before I drank a ton of water before going to bed. Throughout the week, I ate whatever I wanted but I made sure to get my vegetables and fruits in. Overall, it was a really fun workout!! Would definitely recommend.

I'll try this for a week Starting weight= 88.1lb Waist = 68.5 cm (27 inch) Day 1: done & i am also doing lower body workout uploaded on this channel Day 2: done ✅ Day3: done ✅ i also got my periods & I am not doing lower body pilates anymore now I am doing her slim thighs strechs which she Posted on her channel now it's new Day 4: done ✅ Day 5: done ✅ Day 6: done ✅ Day 7 : done ✅ I drank a litre of water before going to bed so, i didn't weight myself But yah i can see little difference my abdominal muscles are little visible ok now my waist is 26 inch so i lost -1 inch Anyway i will definitely recommend this workout but make sure to eat healthy not junk and be hydrated for you it may take more time or less it depend on individual but don't GIVE up
