If it were, trust me, the government would have revamped some policies and would make more difficult for Kenya. Tanzania still has some restrictions on investment, unlike Kenya, where people can easily buy land and invest. In Tanzania, it's quite difficult, as some of the policies are not market-friendly.

Tanzania imports lots of second hand cars. Lubricants only business might not be lucrative as you will be competing with many small scale businesses that are scattered every corner of the city but if you set up a good auto service business and repair (Garage and well trained mechanics) you will easily distinguish your self and are likely to make a lot of money.

Let’s have development everywhere - it will be helpful to have at least two or three malls in each Dar district rather than 1 big mall. Bruh, the city’s population is ca.6m. It’s not fun to travel all the way from Temeke or Mbagala to Ubungo for a “ mall” experience. Please tell us also whose project is this - is it owned by some rich people from “there” AGAIN? I hate the idea of being proud of things that we don’t have a good share in them. Ownership by Tanzanians for Tanzanians is key.
