Day 16 done! And my abs and arms are toast! Happy to report that walkouts are now fairly easy and I can do the advanced version of the double crunch with good form. Plus I've improved my shoulder mobility and the I Y T moves are much easier. Oh yeah, and thanks to your perfect your push ups drills I was able to do all 3 sets of pushups from my toes :) That triceps finisher was a real killer though- a lot harder than it looked! Thanks for a great workout PJ!

Great workout PJ. I just wanted to comment on your goal to learn tennis. If that doesn’t work out, think about Pickleball. We learned about 4 years ago and are now addicted. Not as hard on the body as tennis, easy to learn and master and great social opportunities.
