You need to address critical thigh angular motion as well as Hzt backward velocity (strike > TD)!
@PerformancelabofcaliforniaАй бұрын
Yes I talked a little bit about it during the 'More force to ground' section but did not get into the science of the angular motion.

@@Performancelabofcalifornia Your subjects are always good conversation starters. They can be explored even further by applying certain newtonian mechanisms. By the way, there are some good quality video available on YT that can be used to better highlight these performance parameters. Most recently recorded during the US Oly Trials. Computer generated appliques can broaden out those examples using AI software to triangulate specific properties in the video and enhancing scan ability by increasing frame rate (60>360).

Thanks so much for selflessly giving your time and expertise. How many reps and sets do you recommend for each exercise?
@PerformancelabofcaliforniaАй бұрын
Appreciate the support! I would say about 15-20 reps and depending on how often you are doing them between 2-3 sets should be adequate. Maybe a little more often at first if there are 1 or 2 that are particularly difficult.

So you advocating for a “push off” instead of a “spring off”, I was under impression it would be slower

You should a video comparing Sha’carri Richard elaine Thompson Herah Shelly Ann Fraser pryce or Shericka Jackson’s form in their pb races because those four have been dominating in the last few year
@PerformancelabofcaliforniaАй бұрын
I have done videos like that in the past. I have a bunch of videos on all of those sprinters.

Seems like a random hand draw, 152 vs 153 degrees in a hand draw? Lolz
