Imo every kid should learn acrobatics. It's a blessing to be able to move like that.

That “out of shape” part at the beginning is WAY better than what I can currently do

Thank you for sharing this! I would love to see you create a short series of the basics of using acrobatics + calisthenics to get in shape. I used to train in kenpo for 4 years until my sensei left, and so for the past 2 years I have been training on my own, trying to develop a calisthenics routine, with a focus on acrobatics & tricking. But it has been slow going do so alone. Having your experience & guidance would help me tremendously!

i didnt exactly see a "progression" .... you went from being in really good shape, directly back into being in ridiculously good shape haha
@strengthproject6 жыл бұрын
You are right lol, I should have placed more of the beginning stages. The next episodes will have the progressions.

Wow nice! Def. looks like the most fun way to get in shape. But i mean, i don't think you ever been really that much out of shape judging from that footage and older videos. I mean jeah a little bigger but wouldn't you say you always kept that certain physique? Even at that "out of shape level" you could easily flip around. As long as you can flip, you can't be that much out of shape haha :) keep it up! Your natural trained physique is just amazing.

vinataba22 hello. There’s footage where I’m way chunkier lol. I’ve been training for a very long time so some skill you will forever maintain fat or not. Perhaps I should release the fat footage haha. It is motivating even to myself. We all hit a slope and it’s hard to get back up but if you love what you do you will :)

@@strengthproject so true! I mean I would definitely like to see it^^ but no pressure this is plenty of motivation already :) My goal is to also get that skill level where I can do a backflip on ground and never loose it! I still struggle with that alot. Sometimes I can do them but the next day I go out and I only land on my knees. And I have been trying them for a really long time. Probably about 2 years (mostly in summer). But with enough motivation I hope to eventually get them consistent. Probably also started way to late with this flipping stuff :) thanks for answering btw cheers

After a certain level yes haha. Truthfully, I jogged on the beach a few miles a day for a few weeks. Gradually I began to add speed and plyometric work.

Intermittent fasting is the best method, at least the method 16h fasting + 8h not fasting, and of course training.

I been seeing this guys video for a long time and he keeps doing the same tumbling and jumping over and over again.There's other people that do crazy shit and he video tapes it but this guy does he's jumping and flipping again again in front of whatever he video tapes? i love the music in the background! good song!

That’s the point of this new series because yes I admit I’ve been sticking to the same skill set for many years. After an injury is when I started filming the random talents I met. Now I am on a mission to continue filming as a passion, but also learn new skills like twists and doubles and post the learning journey for its tutorial value. Thanks for watching
