When you cancelled return to home it asked you are you sure you want to cancel, then you kept pressing cancel instead of okay which would've stopped it above you. As a safety feature whenever your drone wonders off it'll ALWAYS go back to its homepoint you launched from so don't worry it'll be safe just make sure you take off with plenty of room incase it does need to land itself. Should land within 2meter squared of where you took off. Btw Love the videos dude keep up the great work, been watching you for years now never fail to entertain! So for that thank you xD
@marekslemensky45316 жыл бұрын
My gosh 😂 you need to learn a bit more stuff about it. First, the home point can be updated automatically if in ActiveTrack mode. Just enable "Dynamic Home Point" in MC settings (drone icon). Second, you were just cancelling the "cancel RTH". It was asking you if you really want to cancel RTH. Positive reply here is "OK". Then I noticed some basic mistakes that you are doing. 1. Take off with the drone's back (battery button/LEDs) towards you. It's just better for the brain not to get confused (when you want to fly forward, but the drone goes sideways instead.). 2. Not really reading what the app says/wants from you. (already mentioned that lol) Read and listen! And also one thing for your footage. Try to take your time. That footage of the drone is way too choppy for it to look at least watchable. You can then speed up/slow down the video in post processing (video editing). Sorry, I'm just trying to give some advice to a beginner... And please, don't call yourself an idiot. With no confidence, it will be very hard for you to learn! Happy flying :)

@@TheCrumble drones bring different experiences to different people. My opinion on the matter is, you don't learn by keeping it on the shelf. You will no doubt, crash at least once. Maybe twice 😂 but you don't get better without practice. I cannot indulge what I do for a living, but take it from someone who started doing exactly what you are doing. Your on the right path as long as you have that transmitter in your hand. Don't listen to negativity as they are the ones sat on their sofas being keyboard warriors and not out doing the real thing. Practice makes perfect. You don't get the peaks without troughs.

Funny and brave going over water so soon. I had the same problem with the active track in that you can accidentally wiggle the joystick knobs when you put the controller in the rucksack. So I got a piece of rigid polystyrene packing cut into an oblong with holes in it to go over the joysticks and rubber banding them onto the controller when setting off. Later someone made so nice neat plastic cover to fit over the joystick knobs, got them off Amazon but they're for the Mavic controller, so don't know if they make for the spark yet. All the best.

Bit of kit you may find useful is a smatree portable battery charger. It's basically a power bank with trays to charge the spark batteries. Gives 2 full charges to 3 batteries at a time, effectivly adding 6 more batteries to your bag....very useful and only about £40 on fleebay! ATB. Andy.
