Now a days the property value is highly increased so a good tenant also have a tendency to possess in a short cut without spend a rupee.So either keep the property idle or sell it. This is good for your peace of mind.

Madam Iam DR rented out first and ground floor for steel godown and office in 2005 but due to damage and problems I asked him to vacate he vacated first floor and told he will vacate when aggrement expires. Bit he didn't vacate and later he asked 1 year time so I another new aggrement was put in 2006 later he trespassed and took first floor possession with local rowdy and till today RCOP is going on. Now eviction order for ground floor was given last year but he didn't vacate he has filed appeal. Now tell me fast way how to vacate ground and first floor.

In 2021 they took rent for house but no agreement maid then still now they don't give any rent amount or advance too what can I do in this case

We have made lease agreement for 5L on last year 2022 may month,now it's got an expired lease agreement and the landlord is not giving money back,he saying will face a legal case file. Even I registered my doc.thro On line And also we cancelled the agreement. Mean time tenant was expired. I approached CM CELL.... Police station without my Knowledge 3 months time was given and settle all The rent. Acopy of letter sent by the.police Station further they directed to RDO. I approached RDO They sent 3 letters to appear Tenant refused to appear Exparty judgement is given with Some use less point (If it is a complex......) Then RDO transferred (Uutuber maridoss ) New RDO without enquiry They sent the letter which is already Prepared by PA . Very big jok as per ,1882.ACT directed to rental court. to give this judgement they took 3months.(more than 1year rent is not sent to me). ................... I approached collector,and CM CELL. I am a retd electrician in c government. Shame shame.
