Stimulating the vagus nerve is key to helping to calm our nervous system and manage stress more effectively.
The vagus nerve carries an extensive range of signals from digestive system and organs to the brain and vice versa. It is the tenth cranial nerve, extending from its origin in the brainstem through the neck and the thorax down to the abdomen, connecting with major bodily organs.

This seems like it is actually a form of nerve gliding, by rubbing your face you put your elbow at a position where the vagus nerve glides. I think it is common in physical therapy for tennis elbow

Will it cure my fatigue?

That's a great question. Fatigue can be caused by many things so it's hard to answer that exactly. I do know that using these tools can help to reduce our stress levels, which can support our sleep, and sleep impacts our energy (or fatigue) levels! I hear that and appreciate you sharing your experience! Often doing these practices multiple times is helpful to begin to feel results. I have a few other vagus ear massage practices on here so there are different receptor points along the ears and some people are more sensitive in one area than the other.
