Such a nice surprise for us on KZbin! What I took away from this is that abundance comes in SO many ways and if we get too locked in on how we think we WANT it to look, how we WANT it to manifest, we will miss what's already there in spades. So good!

this was such a fabulous class! i loved it! thank you sooo much! I've started going to the gym (irregularly but i like it) and working full time so i don't get time to do yoga as much - but ive been wanting to move like this for over two weeks now - so glad i finally found the time and inclination today. so many messages in this resonated with me on abundance - letting go over scarcity mindset and control - and allowing space and flexibility and generosity. thank you!
