When I think of values, I think of good morals or right principles. We speak of values often in the marketplace without being offensive. All organizations and corporations in the marketplace have values (rules and regulations, principles) and share their values (protocals and procedures in pamphlets and booklets) and those are moral codes of ethics and how to handle situations and circumstances the right way. You don't have to be a Christian to have morals or to practice ethics. On some level the marketplace has and shares their values that works for them. Values save lives, helps in conflict resolution and sustains the vision and lifespan of the company.👌🏾💯

(25:54) Any leader that has not transitioned a team-mate because of values, I would tell you, that leader that is not addressing that, has cancerous behavior all throughout his or her organization, because values is the factor of why one person should be hired and it is also the driving factor of why a should be transitioned.
