I am lost for words at this moment in time. You are truly the best at what you do. Your video skills are first class and your music is soothing to my soul. I am living that van life thru you. @@jebaited9612 Yes. Indeed. But that's not at all what I meant. In response to @Boontjes original comment I was referring to the Hollywood production executives etc in the TV & movie industry that produce multi million dollar productions and operate multi billion dollar production companies. I was referring to how they must really hate how one man in a van with a couple of consumer cameras and a drone can all by himself make the same (and arguably better) content that takes them months (or years), millions of dollars, and a production staff consisting of hundreds of people. They must feel really threatened how he can do this with such high production quality AND get it seen by hundreds of thousands or people with no marketing at all. That must really burn them up.

I did that exact same trip from WA state to Tuk 17 years ago as a solo female from Africa in a VW hippie van but not in winter, rather just after the first frost on the Dempster Hwy. The colours of the trees and tundra turning were breathless and I took a month going up and returning via Alaska. In those days had to fly to Tuk from Inuvik. Remember eating whale blubber. One of the most beautiful trips I have ever done. Being from Africa, dont really fancy such cold, but can appreciate experiencing the beauty of winter from your video. PS. I am glad you found that dog it's home, I almost thought it was homeless, and maybe you could take it with you. I found a 3 week old Long Haired Jack Russell pup in winter in Australia, 100km down a no thru road, dumped at the end of that road. I rode down there on my pushy, going for a 2 week remote trip, but after finding that pup, stayed a night in the tent there, turned around and brought him home. Went to the vet a day later, got some shot's for him, and puppy milk, and he has been with me for the last 6 years. Most loyal dog, I have ever had. Comes on all my trips, actually everywhere, we are never apart. He is my service dog now, so he can come everywhere with me.. He doesn't like being away from me and frets if he is. It's a good thing you did for that pup you maybe saved it's life, the way it ate that rice, he was bloody hungry, and cold. Thanks for doing that for him..

Awesome series. This one - I would love to see more of the Aurora - maybe a bit slower for a longer viewing time. A video just of that would get a lot of views I bet. That was one of the prettiest nighttime skies I’ve ever seen. Loved the puppy! Poor thing, That was hard to see it all alone in the cold looking for shelter from such harsh conditions. Thank you for your kindness to him. Really, an awesome job on your videos. All of them. The last few years you’ve inspired us in ways that are too much to say here. I saw you in B’ham one day last summer (before you went south), we were next to you at a stop light in fairhaven. I wanted to wave at you but didn’t want to be “that” person. Plus I was stuffing my face with pizza while my husband drove. We plan to leave the area but if I see you around again before we leave I’m gonna holler at you to say hi! 😊 Take care and keep safe.

Chad, your intro was amazing, as was expected! Sorry for the loss of your dad. It's evident he had a great impact on your life and mind-set. It's really neat to see you pay homage to his life in your videos. I'm quite sure he's with you and proud of who you become. Thanks again for everything, brother!

What a series, outstanding achievement, many congratulations. Your camera work is incredible, we're immersed in the journey with you, albeit in the comfort of our own homes. Sending love & appreciation from Scotland. Take it easy Chad, look forward to the next adventure.

This channel is AMAZING! I hope that the KZbin ad revenue is enough to cover and pay for all the hard work that is put into making these inspiring videos and more.🙏

I think the owner really sucks!...How could trhe owner be so irresponsible. given the conditions?

I’m glad the dog was returned to the owner. Nobody would survive for long without a shelter in that condition. Have a nice and safe trip back Chad. That was an awesome journey.

So happy you made your mountain. You’re really the coolest person (no pun intended)! Seeing the Artic Ocean sign and the frozen ocean was incredible!! The pup, so sweet! The man from the village was awesome to listen to. We are all so blessed to witness this journey!

Amazing trip! The scenery is beautiful and the northern light show was breathtaking! That van is a champ and appears to be a good investment. Thanks for taking us among. FYI, I would have taken the pup home. ☺️. By the way, movie quality - you got mad skills.

Huge fan of the channel. I only just started watching you yesterday. but you're living my dream I'm 19 and doing van life. I only have a mini van for now but I built a bed frame and drawers and all that. I think the coolest part is I can decide on everything. where do I wanna sleep, where do I feel like traveling to today. Should stay local or leave the state. It's so awesome living freely. no rules, no commitments no one to tell you not to do something. I think after 18 years of living with a curfew, keeping up with chores, having to do everything other people say. it's nice that I can I be where the hell I want for however the hell long I want.

*The awesome thing is, seeing all of these camera angles and knowing what you do to get the shots is insane! As cold as it was you still got out and set up the shots and made it great!* 👍🏽

One of the things that amazed me, other than the production value and fantastic scenery, was that the drone he used was able to function in those temps. Certainly a high end machine, as opposed to one of the cheap "hobby models" that some use.
