INGREDIENTS :
For the Pastry Cream:
- 500 ml of milk
- 5 egg yolks
- 120 g of sugar
- 50 g of cornstarch (cornstarch)
- 30 g of butter
- 1 vanilla pod
For the Icing: (you can use fondant)
- 30 g of egg white
- 100 to 130 g of icing sugar
- 3 drops of lemon juice
20 g of melted chocolate
