Good insight, appreciate the info. I do have one tip about the backseat seatbelt warning that might help you. I get that too because I have car seats in the back seat. On the main screen, just press on the seatbelt warning icon on the back seat and it'll change the icon to a car seat and it will stop warning you about the rear seat belts.

The speed display is fine where it is, at a glance. No issue. The lack of radar sensors is a problem. I agree with that.

Great video - exactly because of those points I'm waiting with buying a Model Y. We're currently driving a BMW F11 Touring, air suspension, PDC, HUD etc.. Technically Tesla is really great and advanced. But the points you mentioned are real and probably holding back lots of people buying right now. Maybe Tesla will adjust some of these points in the future.. Hopefully...

Looks like a lot of these changes are coming in the new model 3 and eventually I’m the new model Y. Looks like the new model 3 should be coming out soon.

I am like a couple other commenters. Couple things I agree with, but the rest of them I am not concerned about. So many people are concerned about not having Apple Play. I could care less about this feature and I have no other Apple products. I will find out if needing an additional instrument cluster is necessary. I usually go with the flow of traffic so knowing the speeds is a mood point for me. I just bought the 2023 Model Y long range vehicle and I will see how bad the rear view mirror is and seeing traffic around me. I have allot to learn before I feel comfortable with all the cars features and driving it. Thanks for the video and take care.

yes ... not available on any model, but enhanced autopilot should work, and the goal is to eventually have full self driving here as well.

Half of what you said, i can understand and agree with. The other half not so much. The model Y is not a luxury car, in my country i can get one long range for about 43K euros(after state incentives/grants). The rest of the car companies have way way higher prices and offer barely the same things. So you get what you pay for. Try spec-ing an audi or a merc to see what prices you get for the same "amount" of car. I can bet you its at least double. Nice video though and keep it up :)

@@L1LM4N Tesla is overpriced, they charge you a bomb for the tech but the car component quality is shocking. Check out the Volvo EX30 to be priced less than the Model Y and it’s more premium

@@toolrulz8005 funny you should mention the ex30, i had a talk with a volvo dealership 2 weeks ago and its 1000 euro cheaper then the tesla, BUT, granted it is a volvo(on the cheaper side) with better quality suspension, maybe also interior. surprise!They implemented the same production principles as Tesla, the minimalism inside(less stuff=less $$ spent) and also it is half the size of the model Y :) with considerable LESS range. To make a somewhat good comparison you must compare similar class vehicles, so...model y=xc40 recharge (size wise,almost). If you spec out the xc40 you get a car worth 57K euro(after price cuts) 43k

I got a Mercedes eqs 450 and it’s amazing. I got it after the recall so there’s no issues. Smooth ride and great acceleration. I actually cancelled my model y order. The eqs also has a much better turning radius.

Slight depletion of range I think due to air con, but no loss in power
