Jesus loves you and i am so sure He is proud of for helping others transform their lives. I got your book yesterday and i was in a place where i was struggling to live my life with purpose but as soon as i opened that book and read only a few pages i was already starting to see my purpose and how i can live it out whilst living for God. From memory, he also talks about identifying with the habit. So for example, I dislike running. No app, no motivation, is going to change the way I feel about running. Swimming, though? I love swimming. And I identify as a swimmer. Even if I haven't gotten into a pool in years, I will always be a swimmer. Same with dancing. Run for 5 minutes or dance to old school rnb for 30 minutes? Yeah, I know what I am choosing. So I choose to do exercises that are fun. I choose exercises that I *get* to do not ones that I *have* to do.

What I learned from you is to spend my time wisely and I wish I learnt this earlier because of this problem I spend more time thinking why I wasted my time and that sends me on a loop. But now I learned I should start with simple obvious goals then as my habit group then I can have bigger goals.
