Ok. That's it. Korean food has to be the most delicious cuisine in the world.

As a dutchie my favourite cuisine is korean and my husband loves it as well. He works with koreans and when they come in the netherlands for work they always suprised and happy to see what i made him for lunch because most people here bring in sandwiches with just cheese, peanutbutter or chocolate sprinkles 😅
Love your channel. FYI, my Cat just came over and watched your entire video while laying on my chest. He (well, WE) enjoyed it so very much. Thank you! ☺️🐱

Another Asian staple after udon noodles which I cannot find around me but this time, I remember you mentioned a cheats version can be made with rice paper, right? And I actually have access most of the other ingredients... Anyways, this really seems to be an extremely comforting recipe. Chewy, saucy, salty full of umami. Thank you for sharing Rose! . How spicy is this dish? It looks absolutely delicious and I really want to try it but I am quite new to spicy foods. Is there a way to make this so it is less spicy but still delicious? Thanks for sharing. 😍🤤☺️
@drunksocks2 жыл бұрын
if you use less gochujang and gochugaru it will be less spicy! so see how Rose used about 2 tablespoons, maybe you should use 1 tablespoon of gochujang and half a tablespoon of gochugaru? I would say it’s not that spicy but i like spice so i would say if you wanted to tone it down that’s the way to go!

Fun fact: They serve tyeokbokki (rice cakes) in hot pepper sauce at baseball games in Korea (they also have a lot of dried squid on a stick). Think chewy gnocchi with Buffalo wings sauce on it. I found it intolerably spicy. You could really ruin your stomach for the rest of your life eating that stuff.
