Hi there,
How have you guys been? I have had such a crazy week! Maybe it was the clock change earlier this week that threw me off a little bit. Did anyone else notice this?
I am writing this description from Jason and Jessie's couch because our apartment is currently under renovation! The kitchen is completely gone and hopefully in a couple weeks there will be a new one. I would have never pursued my passion into cooking this far if I hadn't been on KZbin with all your support - you have been there from the beginning and I'm so grateful for you! I still remember my earliest cooking videos where I burned my favorite granola and put floss around my salmon haha. Totally unsafe but hey, I was learning. Throughout the years I have created so many recipes in all different styles and not every recipe was perfect but the more you practice the better you get.
Today I wanna share with you some delicious plant based recipes which are quick and easy to make! I enjoy eating vegan or vegetarian at least once a week so I wanted to share some of my favorite dishes.

OMG Sanne - the reason the can might be hard to open is that you are actually not using the can opener the way it was intended. I know that sounds weird as not many know this, but it's true. You're supposed to open cans by placing the can opener so the handles in your hands are both on top of the can - not on the side of the can. Wish I could add a photo so you could see. Try placing the opener so it is horizontal on top of the can - not vertical on the side. I hope this makes sense! Also thank you SO MUCH for doing this vegan video! I love your recipes and videos and have become vegan for love of animals and also for my skin and it's worked fantastic, I so appreciate everything you do so positively and beautifully xoxox
