I don’t play worship (although I’m a Christian and praise God in all his glory) music but I’m obsessed with the tones you fellas get. God bless.

Ventoux: the amalgamation of every great vintage amp ever made, yet never made, now digital and free to me!
@feedbackbro2 жыл бұрын
Sounds really great guys. FYI...my understanding is that the Depth control is like the Bass equivalent of Presence. Both Presence and Depth controls are products of the power-amp side of the circuit and, in effect, as you turn them up you are removing negative feedback from the circuit for the treble (Presence) or bass (Depth) frequencies. By removing negative feedback you make the amp more punchy, less compressed, looser-feeling and it also increases the grindiness (technical term) of the texture. So, the Presence and Depth controls don't add more treble or bass, per se, but they reduce the degree to which negative feedback (which is commonly introduced to a lot of amplifier circuits) controls or squashes the signal in the treble and bass regions and adds more texture.

Love this amp sooo much. Gets really close to my 69 Bassman, but also does so much more. One of the only models where I can go from 1 to 10 on the gain and be happy all the way.

I wish there was a way for Stomp users to have all of those snapshots to test out, and pick the ones we'd like. I'm buying it anyway, just wishing while typing. You guys kill it!
@TVoltG2 жыл бұрын
On this new release. You can assign 3 snaps on a switch.. I know this may not pertain to his being the full size but just saying that there is more flexibility working with the Stomp now.

I have a Strat with a humbucker in the bridge and single in the neck. Would you recommend the patch set for humbuckers or single coils?

I may have missed this info… but what are you using to monitor your signal during videos? Thanks!
@SjaakShirly65592 жыл бұрын
I bought the preset yesterday. In stomp mode there are two knobs assigned to the Dynamic Plate. They are labeled both as dynamic plate. In this video I can clearly see the stomps are called different. One is called :Dynamic Plate" and the other is called "Hallelujah Plate". Is this a bug in the preset I bought?
@worshiptutorials2 жыл бұрын
Thanks for purchasing! Those are two different instances of Dynamic Plate with different settings.

I might try importing this patch again. I played it last night using a Gretsch 5230T with Filtertrons, and I could not get sounds similar to this video. Clean was very clean and much lower in volume than the other snapshots, almost to the point of being unusable. Even the P&W Lead snapshot refused to break up. I have gone back through the notes and will try the suggestions there, but I seemed to have the same issue whether I used the SC or HB versions of the presets. I have other WT patches that I love, but this one isn't quite working for me yet.
@worshiptutorials2 жыл бұрын
Hmm - sorry about that. That doesn't sound right - the Lead snapshots have a ton of gain - they should sound pretty big with most any guitar. Sounds like maybe there is something going on with the IR files (make sure the correct IR's are loaded in the IR blocks), or maybe the input pad settings or something else with global settings?
@bbender762 жыл бұрын
@@worshiptutorials I am definitely going through it all soon to see where the problem may be. I know it doesn't match up to the other patches I have from you guys so I kind of know what I should be hearing. It could very well be user error :D I know after hearing it I was very excited to try it so I will look at it again to try to resolve the issue.
