Vera I don’t even know where to begin. OMG 😳. I don’t know if it was the weights (25 lbs and 30 lbs for me today) the fact that we were not taking breaks but this one was tough as f@ 🔥🥵. This is the first time that I almost didn’t complete the session. When I saw the Bulgarian split squats I was mad as hell 😂😂😂. I was like Vera are you for real🤦🏾♀️. Do you want to kill me ? I am not going to lie I took a longer break. I am proud of myself for doing it ✅. Your program is super challenging but I am seeing results. I am seeing definitions in my arms. I am feeling stronger and healthier. Honestly Vera THANK YOU😊 🙏🏾

Good job Vera ! I read all about the burnout being out of focus and that you had to film it three times !!! I had a hard time finishing it and the only way I did was being thankful to not have to do it three times !!!! 😂 So proud of your hard work. Today I struggled all along. Had a rough day. Work out after 9 pm didn’t have AirPods etc etc etc. So Luc didn’t go my way including the single leg rdls. I was focusing so hard on my balance that I hardly felt it in my flutes. Even struggled in clamshells. Overall, didn’t do my best but got it done. I will take that today ! Thank you

You don’t need to contract your buttocks on each exercise except when it’s a natural part of the movement like for swings, bridges, hip thrusts 🤍

nailed it just completed this workout to. really enjoyed this one especially using the booty band. Can you recommend heavy booty band I had a look on your equipment link and they are currently unavailable, also need to source in UK.
