Once again Vera you did. What a great workout 🏋🏾‍♀️💪🏾 I know some people complain about the length of the sessions but honestly even though some of the exercises are challenging, time flies with you. Exercise number one was awkward not sure that I did properly. I will have to redo it again. When it comes to the bands could you please show us how to properly use them when doing some of the moves such a as good morning and the frog? We are almost done with this week 😊👍🏾. Yeah!!! So glad you enjoyed it!! Can’t get results doing 10 minute workouts! Short workouts are ok every once in a while, but won’t get us where we want to be! Wow, this had me crying. I have been going back and forth from 15 to 25 pounds and decided to challenge myself by only using 25 lbs along with the bands and also increased the booty band from medium to heavy, and boy oh boy, it was so challenging. I took extra breaks and made it through. Wow wow wow! You and your workouts are so tough and amazing! 💪🏽🏋🏻‍♀️😰💜. Thank you 🙏🏼

Intense!!! I got the long bands from your link but I cannot get them to work like yours!!! I don’t know if I am too tall or what but they just won’t stretch that far!

Try one of the different size ones to start ? Some people that are 5’10-5’11 have used them like I do. Maybe also just give them some time to stretch a little bit too is the only other thing I can think of. Try some good mornings to get them going 💪

Such a great workout! I was totally exhausted before I was halfway through circuit 5. I pushed through, and somehow the burnout made me feel like I still had something left to give. Now I am just going to stay on the floor for awhile with my glasses all fogged up. 😂

Weight you use doesn’t matter as much - what matters is making the exercises challenging to you. If you plan to work out at home, I strongly recommend getting a set of dumbbells 💪

Vera, usted utiliza varios tipos de peso y un par de mancuernas solo tienen un peso. Me tendría que hacer con muchos juegos de mancuernas, pero no puedo con más de doce kilos y ya es mucho para mi. Qué pesos recomiendas para que la rutina se haga efectiva a mis necesidades y limitaciones. Gracias 😘
