Vertical Jump Home Workout
DAY 1
Plyometrics
High Object Jumps 4 sets of 6 reps
Side To Side Jumps 4 sets of 6 reps
Jump For Height 4 sets of 6 reps
Strength Training
Dumbbell Jump Squats 4 sets of 5 reps
Dumbbell Squats 5 sets of 5 reps
Reverse Dumbbell Lunges 4 sets of 6 reps
REST FOR 3 DAYS
REPEAT DAY 1 WORKOUT
Only do this home vertical jump workout 2 times per week.
Get 3 days of rest between workout days.
