From the USA, and I have come to think societies such as Norway's are actually more Christ-like in deeds when it comes to how social matters are dealt with, as compared to how our so called Protestant Work ethic has created an almost anti-christ like environment. Of course, the 'grass is always greener,' but at least on the surface, the evidence is strong. And btw, discovering Orthodox has led me to this understanding.

This is beautiful. My grandmother, Kyriaki, suffered hardships as a child during the Nazi invasion in Greece, and became a missionary starting some Greek Orthodox churches in America. Since she has passed, I feel I have been propelled directly back towards the way. I hope this reaches as many people as possible. For anyone struggling with their faith and beliefs; it is all part of growing. Do not fight it, open yourself up and let the grace into your heart. If you feel to cry, let it out and speak the things you are feeling.
