For anyone who might be beating themselves up over not being able to do certain ones, I just started this workout a couple of weeks ago. When I started I couldn't even hold a plank for more than 5 seconds, but I am now able to hold for 30 seconds!! It's tough and I'm out of breath, but I did it and you can too. Don't lose hope, go at your own pace and just keep working towards it. You'll start to see improvements slowly but surely!!! ♡

I am 12 years old and was not to happy with my body type, so I started to work out, this video helped me alot even on days I didnt want to I still did it and I noticed changes! I'm not as self conscious, my eating habits are better, and I feel healthier and more energized after these workouts so to any other woman or men or anybody out there just stick with it you will get there it's hard at first but eventually you'll notice the changes to good luck on your journey💙

Shame, you’re only 12? :( Well, I’m pretty sure your body type is okay even if I don’t know or can’t see you! Please don’t be too hard on yourself! Still have lots of fun and don’t stress about your body too much okay! I’m proud of you for caring about your health tho! That’s really cool! :D

The key is to be healthy. Make sure to eat good food and not load up on junk, get enough exercise but don’t feel like you need to over do it. Enjoying your life and doing things for your mental health will pay off full circle with your physical health too. Don’t focus on changing yourself and “fixing” things, focus on doing things that make you happy. And the rest will come to you :) I hope you’re doing good
@amariekern30343 жыл бұрын
Hey! I’m 15- just a friendly reminder that your body is still changing! When I was 12 I was convinced I was fully grown (I was a little naive, haha) and my body has changed so much since then- and I’m still not technically fully grown. Also- don’t compare uour 12 year old body to adult models on Instagram (who most likely alter their photos- next time you leave the house look around at the women in your neighborhood- so many different shapes and sizes and most of them don’t look like the people you see online!) You don’t have to change your diet, hardcore dieting at a young age can stunt your growth! Just trust your doctors and respect your energy levels- if you feel like you want to skip out on exercising one day- do that! Forcing yourself to have physical activity makes it feel more like a chore and less fun. And don’t be afraid to switch it up- go for a bike ride, jump on a trampoline, play tag with friends. Be safe and enjoy yourself!
@amariekern30343 жыл бұрын
Aww- your comment made my day! I have health anxiety and I was always worried about eating healthy too when I was younger! Remember to let yourself enjoy the foods you love, because food is meant to be nourishing. A warm bowl of soup on a winter day or a popsicle in the summer heat is comforting and yummy! Having a variety of food is good for your mind and body :) Take good care of yourself- I’m so proud of you! Happy early birthday! 🎂✨

I’m 13, turning 14 in April and I get how it feels to be insecure about your body, during quarantine a lot of things were going on in my personal life and I lost the motivation to get out of bed anymore, I fell asleep through all my online classes and started stress eating while also starving myself on some days. At the beginning of quarantine I was 90 lbs by the end I was 130 lbs. And also just for perspective, I’m 4’11 and haven’t grown an inch in about 3 years (my parents are short🤷🏻♀️) at the beginning I felt too skinny, in the end I felt fat. I was never satisfied. But luckily, things have started getting better in my life and now I’m physically in school and I’ve been losing weight, I’m now 98 lbs and happier than ever. Not starving myself or anything of the sort. Since the start of going to school my friends know I’ve always hated any type of physical activity so they’d try to get me do as much possible during gym and SL and I guess that helped me. I’m also gonna try doing exercise in the mornings because I want a strong and healthy body. I’m also trying to eat healthier (nothing drastic, just bringing fruits and healthier options for snack and lunch, also trying to eat more home-cooked meals instead of junk food)

This is why I love your workouts, V. You understand that most of us aren't just 'lazy', but rather tired or in need of a quick, effective, and time-efficient exercise. I've been doing this workout for probably a year and a half now, and it has really helped me with my health progress. I admit that most of the time, I just don't want to work out or even move, but this one is a great motivator for me to keep moving daily, even if it costs me 10 minutes. Thanks!

In October I was in a car accident, it was right when I was finally active and confident in myself and I was fit. The recovery was painful and left me in pain for the majority of the year, it is now August and I am sad to say that I lost myself, I became lazy (which I forgive myself for) and lost all of my motivation because of the crash and the pain with it, it has been tough. But today I tried your workout, and I'm going to do it everyday until I can do this without a sweat, and I will move onto a harder workout, I want to become fit again, I don't want to be ashamed of myself anymore. Its not even about losing weight for me, its giving mysekf the ability to move more without getting out of breath from it. As I am large chested, running is the worst and gives me huge amounts of back pain, so this kind of work out is perfect for me. Thank you for doing what you do. I will give updates when I remember to. But for now, it's day 1 and boy am I out of breath and sweaty, but I am proud of myself for doing this.

It's especially nice you got so many exercises which don't require putting weight on the wrists bc I can't do that without damaging them any further. Packaging: It came in a sturdy rectangular cardboard box that said Yoga on it. kzbin.infoUgkxZkaD2JsPC-fUMkF3vxJ2echoiXZ3T9aM I didn't like how it let possible package thieves know what might be contained inside but great packaging otherwise. The yoga mat came rolled up in a plastic wrap, which was fairly easy to remove.Contents: I got the green yoga mat and it came with an adjustable velcro carrying strap already secured to the mat. There was also a warranty card. There was a bit of a plastic smell coming form the yoga mat but it quickly dissipated after using it once.I've only used the yoga mat twice so far but I am loving it. It's such a game changer to my work outs, especially compared to my bed and floor, haha! I can confirm that it very thick, slip resistant, and comfortable. i didn't look at the dimensions prior to buying the mat, but it is so much longer than I expected! Width is normal size in my opinion. I don't know if it really is tear resistant yet... only time will tell!

Thank you so much for making this video, I've been struggling with a bad bout of depression for the past month or two and the thought of doing a full workout just seemed impossible at the time... But thanks to your 10 minute workout I was able to get some excercise and I am making it my goal to do this workout every day for the next 30 days!!💖💕

i'm doing these workouts before i jump onto more intense type of workouts. this is my first time trying to commit to a workout and though my body is already looking okay, i want to be more toned but i also don't want to shock my body and feel nauseous after a workout which is why i'm trying to start light for now edit: this wasn't as light as i thought 🧍♂️

This is gonna be great to help me get back into working out. I haven’t in years just because anxiety and depression made me lose a dangerous amount of weight and I’ve been scared to work out because I’m not trying to get thin I just want to get strong again and build muscle but I still have to keep into account my body is still recovering and coming back and this doesn’t seem too extreme or exhausting on my body to do. I’m excited 😊
