You're a telepath!! I was sooo looking forward to something like this. I've been following your beginner friendly 20-minute workouts for almost 2 months + 7000 steps, 0 incline on the treadmill + on a healthy calorie deficit & I've been consistently losing 2 lbs per week. On lazy days this 7min workout is just enough to motivate me! It's like you're my personal fitness coach 5 days a week, i can't thank you enough!!

I used to work out with you daily, until I got hit with terrible back pain a few months ago. I've been wanting to move again despite the pain and this was perfect. A note to my fellow chronic illness babes - no workout is “lazy” and there’s no workout in the world that should define you as lazy. I’m proud of you for being as active as you can right now. At first I was turned off by that word too but then I had to remind myself it’s a marketing strategy - which if it gets more people to move their bodies in a healthy way and grants us the gift of more accessible content like this, I can get on board! But in case you don’t have that voice in your head today reminding you of the unfortunate realities of what it takes to get traction online I wanted to cheer you on. ❤ You’re doing great and you’re doing enough.

So I'm sick with a nasty upper respiratory infection (so basically missing half of my current workout cycle...yay) but thought I can probably do 7 mins on the flour. love this!! we def need more of these down-to-earth, low impact but high reward workouts❤🔥as someone who struggles with anxiety and my main symptom is rapid heartbeat/pressure on my chest i rarely do high impact workouts or cardio in the months when my mental health just can't handle rapid pulse. i still want to move though and these focused, 'low impact' style workouts are perfect to keep me fit but calm💗💗thanks maddie!!

This is exactly the workout I needed today! It was as though you read my mind. I have really enjoyed your workouts over the last handful of months.
