It was sad watching the John Meadows videos with him talking about his heart attack. Bloodwork and hormones too. Thanks for this talk. It is needed. The recommendation are not always right for everyone. I'm not a body builder or any regular heavy lifter. I got sick and developed a pre-mature heart beat. They had no answers, other than that's fine. You don't need to do anything about it. For me it is hormones, stress and other complications. But fasting is the only thing that stops it. I can not eat 3 times a day regularly. Maybe someone smart can point me in some other direction. This works for me today. Maybe i need to go full carnivore or keto. But this is close to that keto in some ways. Lower overall insulin. But when you are at 4 different doctors and they all say the same thing. Now what. It's some youtube commenter that can provide the answer that works. Mark, you've given us lots of good info on T and nutrition. Thanks!

i used to respect Steve highly until he made snide comments on someone’s instagram basically mocking Leo’s death. then he’s gonna say “the family is spectating”. No, Leo was murdered and this has been known. It’s also known Steve didn’t like Leo Steve is fake as could be. Takes a picture smiling with Ryan Russo, then goes out of his way to make a video mocking and belittling the neurological battle he’s been dealing with

"Does Holland have its own language?"😂🤣😂😂😂 How ignorant do you have to be to ask a question like that? Does America have its own language? Neither does Mexico or Brazil and like America, they are much larger than the Netherlands. Also if America controls the World's media, of course it will have more so called famous people. However how many of those so called famous people will be remembered after their death? Now that's proper famous. Like Vincent van Gogh or Mohammed Ali or John F. Kennedy not these 5 minute superstars who you see walking the red carpet. Here are a list of inventions that originated from Holland. The Microscope. ... Cassette, CD, DVD and Blu-Ray. ... Wi-Fi. ... The Stock Market. ...Where would Wall Street be without its stock market? Fair Trade. ... Levees and Man-Made Islands. ... The Telescope I am sure that these inventions are much more valuable to society than someone who is just famous for doing nothing like Kim Kardashian. Also wasn't New York originally called New Amsterdam?
