I love the exposure Steve is getting lately. He needs to be exposed more as I think he is the most knowledgeable figure we have when it comes to PED’s and other PED pharmacology. It amazes me how much knowledge Steve has. He's love and compassion for the sport as well as being very intelligent in addition to having a talent for doing research in a way no one else does- makes him very important person in bodybuilding community, all over the world, in my opinion, and by reading the comments - I see most people believe that to be a fact, fortunately. So happy he's doing what he's doing, and personally I think he's a good guy. Empathetic, and with a lot of good humour 🙂 I was bodybuilding for many years, and was gonna compete, but stopped training entirely for 3 years. No I'm 41 years old, and "back at it", and being concerned about how I go forth, health wise- he's my "go to" guy when doing my own research before I just jump on stuff, and listen to the general public, like I did before. I took tren from cow pellets (2000mg) and I went from 87kg to 105kg . blood pressure was high and I think it always will be as the body is heavier. Until the body gets used to the size. Today I am 110kg and loving life ^ . ^ y

It was sad watching the John Meadows videos with him talking about his heart attack. Bloodwork and hormones too. Thanks for this talk. It is needed. The recommendation are not always right for everyone. I'm not a body builder or any regular heavy lifter. I got sick and developed a pre-mature heart beat. They had no answers, other than that's fine. You don't need to do anything about it. For me it is hormones, stress and other complications. But fasting is the only thing that stops it. I can not eat 3 times a day regularly. Maybe someone smart can point me in some other direction. This works for me today. Maybe i need to go full carnivore or keto. But this is close to that keto in some ways. Lower overall insulin. But when you are at 4 different doctors and they all say the same thing. Now what. It's some youtube commenter that can provide the answer that works. Mark, you've given us lots of good info on T and nutrition. Thanks!

Food quality in Thailand is also very good. Most dishes have alot of vegetables and greens. Everything made from basic ingredients, very little additives etc. Easy to get amazing fruit also. And good prices also.
