Now this is what I'm talking about! Love the villages so much! The beautiful wooden homes and carved decorations are unbelievable. I'd love to buy an old wooden home in one of these villages. What an escape! I'm so tired of living in the city. I grew up in the countryside and long to return to it. Those wooden toys were cool, reminds me of something kids would get from Santa Claus made by his elves. Thank you so much for the footage of the village. Loved it.

Ну всё-таки это не в Перми, а на 150 км восточнее и рядом с Уральскими горами - в Чусовом. Но рядом с Пермью есть этнографический музей Хо'хловка - там тоже словно на машине времени попадаешь в далёкое прошлое.

Ещё немного дальше на север в сторону Березников - и можно попасть в Каменный город: осенью, когда разноцветная листва на деревьях, там бесподобно, волшебно, нереально красиво, зимой тоже сказочно, но опасно. Березники - это второй по численности город Пермского края, на востоке которого (края, а не города Березники), между Гремячинском и Губахой (это тоже города Пермского края), есть ландшафтный геоморфологический памятник природы, который называется Каменным городом, или ещё Чёртовым городищем. Там невероятная красота в любое время года. Это сказочное место обязательно к посещению. Не просто так там снимают фильмы.

Whoever decided to recreate an old village with artefacts in this beautiful area is a genius . The craftsmanship and attention to detail in the Church alone for instance, is amazing . I am always drawn to stone or log cabin type buildings ,so to see wooden ones here that look similar to log cabins really captured me . You filmed this area so very well , bringing it alive . Привет Алина! Я из Перми, и в туризме почти 25 лет, последние 5 лет активно вожу людей по нашим красотам. Каменный город самое популярное, но пожалуй не самое интересное. Была ты в каменном городе видимо числа 10 октября, не самая красивая пора, в сентябре там золотая осень, а на видео листьев почти уже нет. Но также там очень здорово зимой, деревья просто укутаны снегом, а летом, всё в пышной зелени! Этнографический парк реки Чусовой и вправду очень интересен, с шикарной экскурсией и люди там работают, увлёченные своим делом! Это отличное сочетание на круглый год, этнопарк+кам.город, поездка занимает день. Будешь еще в наших краях обращайся, свожу в другие интересные места!) It is already here, they started giving them in October. But only valid for three regions - Saint-Petersburg, Kaliningrad and Vladivostok. Will be available for the whole Russia in January 2021 but it will not be free anymore it will cost like 50€.

Nice to see that you are enjoying your journey! :) Those visas are only short-term up to 8 days in Russia but they are free and are granted basically in 24 hours via online application. Sadly the list of countries now is limited and while most of the EU citizens can get such visas its not possible for citizens of the US, Canada and Great Britain probably because of some political tensions. Those visas are good only for the 3 regions I mentioned above cause for now the authorities are still testing the system of such access to Russia. You could probably venture outside those areas but I wouldnt recommend to do so by train or plane cause they do a passport check while person boarding and it will be considered a visa violation if you move out of such region. Зимой я из Перми улетаю в Тайланд, но в июле самый кайф сплавиться дома по речке Усьве! :) Жаль что ты не решилась на это, это было бы волшебно! Большинство населения в России живут в одном месте и никуда не уезжают, разве что на дачу или в деревню, не дальше 100-200км. от дома. Съёмки с квадрокоптора хороши. It was amazing to see the wooden bear. Those have become popular here in my western Finland village because of a local artist. Otherwise Perm is one of the cities that I am interested in visiting. When Finland was a part of the Russian Empire and serial killer here was sentenced to death but the Tsar allowed him to go to Siberia. They don't know if he came and further than to Perm though. Anyway the museum settlement looked real nice and interesting as well as the nature. I would like to see some Russian wooden churches so the Kizhi island quite close to Finland is an option.

Instead of this kitch etnnopark, it's better to visit Khokhlovka where you can find authentic slavic buildings. If you will visit Perm next time, it's a must place to visit.

One thing that I learned from your video is that Russian people are friendly and down to earth. Sometime we get ( at least I do) too many stories, perceptions, news that are incorrect or lacking Balance.
