Also, a word of warning about VirtualBox: Do not download XP from anywhere if you plan to ruin it. Get a disc at a garage sale or something. It doesn't matter what OS you have, most XP downloads come loaded with Brontok. I had to reformat once because the tools to remove it (downloaded on my phone and transferred over - if I typed Brontok it'd close my entire browser on me) only worked for XP and not 7, my host OS.
