I cycle long distances and rowing and boxing, fitness and I bench press 80 kilos and lift 100 kilos and squat 120 kilos I don't eat refine sugar and trans fat I'm strong and healthy for my age.

Ngl I love how nerdy Wesley is with his training! Swiftly became one of my favorite body builders for his clear easy explanations cuz I need me lower lats haha!
@DCJayhawk572 ай бұрын
Back thickness has improved so much over the past few years, much more paraspinous density. Width has been your calling card for a while, but the thickness really took your back to the next level.

It is good to see Wesley listening to the feedback and focusing on his lower lats and quads which are considered weaknesses in the present judging criteria. Best of luck!
@RDS_Armwrestling2 ай бұрын
Hams and glutes too, but he has so little room with his weight cap to put on mass in those areas because already on stage he's only a few pounds from his weight limit. Coming in outrageously shredded isn't "Classic" either, so that's not necessarily the fix either. If he puts on those few pounds of muscle in the weaker areas, will it be enough to even notice on his massive frame? All this aside, I prefer Wes' physique to CBum and many other of the top Classic guys, and I would love to see him crack top 3 this year.
@timloffel41962 ай бұрын
He has arguably the best back in classic. He can't build up the lower lats because his insertions are high. His lower lats are developed
2 ай бұрын
@@RDS_Armwrestling to me his taper is already improved, it might not be enough to beat Cbum but second place will be more than possible for him.
