@@gszd55 It's funny you should ask that I"m 65 but in a couple of years want to retire in Russia it's such a special place! Son of my friend teaches math at Stanford visited a lot of countries in the world and after his first trip to Russia about 15 years ago told me that he felt so free in Russia like in no other place in the world... looking at Eli's films I indeed can see his point which contradicts 180 deg Russia's image in the western media as some despotic prison for its people.

Sounds fine to me. Sour cream is how Yahoo translated smietana .Broaden your circle of colleagues. Like most food, it should go great with Czech beer, or any other beer or good wine.
