This was just amazing. This is what should be taught in schools like fr. I am a young adult pursuing my education in the US and I was not prepared for what life was going to throw at me. I too went to a boarding school, but somehow I could not stick to the self discipline I was taught there in this new context and for so long blamed myself for not being able to do so. I see so much self love in your routines which is what is needed truly. How important it is to love yourself to stay on top of life. Also love your internalizing of the Japji Sahib. I too was born into a Sikh family but never put in the efforts to really understand it. Seeing your videos I started reading it as well and try to internalize 1 or 2 paurhis every few days. Thank you so much for that. Keep going !!!
