Amazing work with those videos ... i was just wondering , your workouts in gym are not that high intensity , how often you do sparing ?
@voiceofarmwrestling7 жыл бұрын
Hi, we spar at least once a week for an hour but mostly after workouts going through different techniques on table looking for what is still working and what is not. About intensity didn`t quite get it?
@FilipCicoHritz7 жыл бұрын
oh i didnt mean it in offensive way , i just meant youre doing 8-10 reps and then dropset , youre not maxing out on anything , i was thinking maybe its because you pull on the table more times in week
@voiceofarmwrestling7 жыл бұрын
Oh no offense taken, we are getting ready for supermatches so we are not doing lest than 10 reps but everything is strict with 1 min pause. Next milestone is EuroArm and that is 6 months after so no point of going to heavy too soon. Try out fat grip deadlifts 4 sets of 10 and then dropset of 20, that`s intensity with 60s rest between sets. :) P.S. Love your videos!

It is also not wrong to do full reps or half reps. Different training methods. Theres a reason why a bodybuilder wont beat a pure armwrestler in armwrestling because they do what they are best at.
