Volcano Smoked Cocktail 🌋

Our friends at Volcan Tequila & Middleton Mixology crafted a very exclusive Volcan version of the SmokeTop🔥 We were at Toca Madera when Charity Johnston created the first cocktail using the new SmokeTop and as you can see it is visually stunning! 💯 Volcan Tequila harvests their agave in the shadow of a volcano and now your cocktail can be smoked in the shadow of a volcano…🌋🍹

2oz Volcan Tequila Cristalino
1oz epazote, bell pepper & mango purée
1oz lemon
.5oz Campari
.5oz Amaro

There is a small area in the top of the smoker to put some wood shavings in various flavors. Then when torched the flavored smoke descends into the glass. When the drink is poured through the smoke it picks up hints of the smoke in the flavor profile. 👍

@@Licensed_To_Distill shoot, i never thought of that. I always tried letting the smoke rise into a tipped glass or trapped in a bottle and shaken with the drink. I’ll have to give this a go.

We tend to think of smoke rising but in this case it is forced down into the glass. It works great!
