Setting up rockers is a pain every time. The side clearance and adjuster stick out for oiling takes me multiple attempts. It's awesome you are sharing this info with the community. I also seen Elijah's cage at the race last weekend. He was very happy and it looked great. Keep it up and keep makin more!

I am doing just this right now in my garage/shop. Rocker geometry! 2109 weirdo build. Next engine I'm adjusting the rockers without the heads installed! Clearly it's easier. Dang I am tired of rotating this engine lol.

I hate those ball type adjusters, had to many F up on me. 911 style or stock with lash caps. IMHO 🙂

How much does the cam from say a W100 ,110 or 120 effect the torque? Doing a budget build 1800cc with a used case and want a good low end motor. Thought a 120 would be a bit much till seeing you using it on a 1641 stock valve head. May be worth the extra money over the reground brothers cam. love the videos and congrats on your baby!
