Watching both the MCM and LTT cuts of this whole event, I hope people realise that this would not have happened without VTEC Academy. Between the knowledge, research, the parts sourcing, doing AN ENTIRE PRATICE SWAP to make sure it would all work! Just an unreal amount of work from VTEC Academy. Even crediting on screen the more background people that still contributed toward this project in a big way. LTT and MCM are two of my favourite channels, and VTEC Academy has definitely earned my respect and sub

At 3:22, you can observe something rarely seen in his own online content: Linus doing actual work on a car. I'm not trying to cast aspersions on anybody here: I'm just noting the pleasing divergence, by virtue of context, in relative public, of a public figure from how that public normally sees them. I'd like to see more of this! (That's not specifically anybody here on video doing things they don't normally do, but generally - ick, this term - "content producers" periodically producing content outside their immediate, expected expertise.) This whole collaboration was fun to watch through, including even scrolling through the comments on each video as others found a way into stuff with which they were unfamiliar (in certain edge cases - both "cars" and "technology" are certainly keywords by which KZbin already presents videos to me, but I've never owned or worked on Hondas - "others" includes me).

I would give anything to hear. Brian, explain a little bit about what modification possibilities exist for the k24z3 engine in the 8th gen Honda Accord. It is the redhead stepchild of the k24 engines because of its odd cam profile. There must be something that we can do with these engines given their abundance. We know the car is super heavy and will never be fast, but certainly there are some things that can be done to make them more fun to drive.
