Vtuber Tech Tips: OBS NDI for Vtubers! Dual PC streaming

There is a newly updated version of NDI that works with current OBS versions!
This video will teach you how to install the OBS plugin called NDI and use a second PC to handle your model tracking and rendering to save your streaming and gaming pc some precious frames and resources, thus reducing or eliminating frame drops!

Update: NDI is NOT supported for OBS ver. 28 at the current moment. if you are on that version, this tutorial will not work. I will update once the plugin is updated. Thanks!

As of Oct 28, there's an update to NDI that is compatible with OBS Studio 28.

Why is the video from NDI delayed, this makes my avatar move out of sync with the original video of my mouth movements

Can you have two png tubers on each computer and record both sides? Such as recording my Minecraft with my son?

Yes you can! If it's just pngtuber, you can simply use discord reactive images to portray the other model while you are streaming with yours!
