7:43 yup Doing that kind of restoration is lots of work. that is why I dont do it like that anymore. I take shortcuts but still end up with good results. Been there done that. then when its done you are worried about door dings and rock chips. Too much worry. I just want it done and drive it.

Amazing job, Love that Mike Fn Garage just did his nose, and it is neat to see two different techniques. I think I do prefer the spot welder over the drill hole and weld method. However the panel adhesive is a good idea for that area. What primer are you using to cover up the spot welds? Eastwood weld through primer or etch primer? Wouldn't it be better to use an epoxy primer since you will be near the ocean with this bus and those areas are prone to rust?
@MicBergsma4 жыл бұрын
Awesome, yeah it’s cool to see few methods what other people do. Next episode we will show how we install the nose, can’t wait! Self etching primer for covering the spot welding

Please I need the constructive data of the decagonal "wheel" (10 sides) that you built as a tool to turn the vehicle (Wolkswagon bus) and have access to all sides to facilitate the repro work.
