I think the last comment is biased and unfair. That his team is middle managers so they can be fired, and take the blame. "Remember he is a business man", can also mean if members of a team are not performing or attempting to make their own agenda, they will be replaced. In business Donald has shown he is firm but fair, remember "The Apprentice", and in real changing of ways, some may find it difficult to unacceptable in keeping up with new schedules.
