I'm impressed that _Cyberchase_ following Arthur's ending this year, is currently the longest running PBS Kids animated series still on the air (despite the hiatuses/breaks) and it's crazy that this series came out just 20 years ago. I still enjoying watching this series along with Dragon Tales, Sagwa, Arthur, Zoboomafoo, Clifford, Between the Lions and Sesame Street and how Cyberchase introduces concepts like Math and Science in each episode. I don't know how long PBS is going to continue making episodes of Cyberchase and when it will end because aside from the 20th Anniversary this year, Christopher Lloyd who voiced The Hacker is getting much older and his voice is starting to show signs of age in the new episodes compared to when he started out back in 2002, along with the fact, Gilbert Gottfried who voiced Digit, sadly passed away 7 months ago so honestly if they are going to continue doing more episodes I'm not sure if Digit will get a new voice actor or they retire the character out of respect to Gilbert. Similar to when Phil Hartman passed away most of his Simpsons Character roles were retired.

Ok wow! I didn’t know that Cyberchase is still on the air. I was a regular watcher but then lost track of the show. I think I did catch an episode a few years back, but Math wasn’t the focus anymore. Cyberchase, Arthur and FETCH are the PBS Kids shows I have the most nostalgia for. I think the reason it's such a shock to find out it's still airing is because there was a bit of gap between basically two different eras of the show. Looking up the show, S1-8 aired regularly from 2002-2010, then S9 didn't air until 2013. I think it had ended but there was enough of a fanbase to bring it back for more. Also for S9 on it was Flash animated and they apparently switched ffrom math to environmental issues.

Cyberchase will always be remembered for showing us the most mathematical strategies to solve problems. I always love how the main heroes are diverse and cooperate very well. They almost remind me of the Scooby-Doo gang. One thing I will miss is the original voice of Digit. The kids' voices may be changed every now and then because their pitches get lower, but you cannot find a better voice actor for Digit than Gilbert Gottfried. R.I.P. Now with Arthur finished, Cyberchase is PBS Kids longest-running animated show active. I don't know how you do Season 14 without Gottfried, but I'll bet the episodes will still be amazing regardless.

i recognized basically every older season clip in this video, at least in regards to the general idea of what the episode was about (assuming there was something unique to identify it by). im amazed at how much of an impact this show had on me as a kid. oh, and the theme song. how does one not think about the theme song when thinking about this show?

I remember watching this show before school when I was a little kid back in the day learning basic math, now as a 25 year old man I still watch it and cannot believe that it’s still ongoing but honestly I prefer the old animation while the new one nowadays looks a little cheap like flash animation. I still love the show overall after 20 years and I bet kids who watch this are as old as I am lol

This opened up a whole flood of childhood memories. My mom was a teacher so I was babysat by an elderly woman in town who didn't have cable so pretty much all I watched was PBS Kids.

Man I was in love with this show as a kid! I remember I made sure I never skipped a single episode, even rewatching the reruns, because that's how good the show was! Everything from the educational content to the art animation to the comedy and adventures was amazing!! Even the For Real segments were awesome. Only sad part is the show started going downhill in quality after like Season 5 because I remember they started moving away from math topics and into more environment-related stuff which was fine but more boring. And the show started to get less dark and more baby-friendly. But I also started growing out of it around age 12 so maybe that's another reason why I wasn't as into it anymore. But regardless it was one of the best kid's shows out there in the early to mid-2000s.

I remember loving this show as a kid. Jackie was may favorite because she was so dang funny. I also really liked the Harry and Bianca segments at the end. And, I had no idea the show was still going on, that's crazy!

The main episodes I remember from this show is the episode where they measure their body parts with other body parts, the episode where they have to transport an ice sculpture across a desert, and the episode when the number 0 was bullied so hard by the bad guys that it ran away and took every use of a 0 with it.

I had no idea the show was still ongoing after all these years! I remember watching the premier of the first episode when I was a kid. Cyberchase was one of my favorite cartoons when I was growing up. I can thank that show for showing me what the color chartreuse looks like.

This show was the show I looked forward watch after getting home from school when I was a kid. I remember it had lots of funny parts, but it was just cool how they made math...not boring lol

As one of aforementioned cable-less kids, I find it hilarious in retrospect that as a child, Hacker's character design nearly made me discount the show entirely, referring to him as "a green potato" after every announcement teaser aired between shows. But because there was nothing to watch during the premiere, I gave it a shot and was immediately won over for the rest of eternity. Everyone was so charming, the main cast was super relatable, I'm a math-type nerd that grew up on jigsaw puzzles, my mom working in IT made the household intimate with computers and especially computer games, I couldn't have been more of the target audience. I spent ages on the various websites playing Cyberchase games. It even contributed to my eye for detail, it's first Poddleville episode's departure in art style sticking out to me (which I realize now was due to it being an adapted pilot episode) and later both Cyberchase's and Johnny Test's respective switches to visibly more fluid Flash that no one in my family believed because there wasn't a second, older episode going to compare the abrupt shift.

I’m shocked that the show is still getting new episodes! I did like it a lot growing up but I’m shocked by it still going on. Arthur even came to an end earlier this year so this is a big shock!

This is a show that has always occupied a corner of my brain. I remeber loving it as a kid and I'm pretty sure it gave me a head start on all the maths stuff that we hadn't learnt yet so I think I did better because of it so I'm thabkful for that

Loved this show, This and Magic School Bus were probably my favorites. Very surprised its still running, I legit thought the more modern animation segments were from game footage since I only ever watched the first few seasons and only know those seasons art style.

I was too scared of Hacker to watch it as a kid, but even so I watched a lot of PBS as a kid and maybe it's because of that that I'm feeling a sense of victory along with nostalgia right now. I'm proud that this show still exists!

I liked this show as a kid. Didn't really remember much about it till now. I will never forget the episode where Hacker tried to turn everyone into him despite only ever seeing it once. Then the show never came on again and was promptly replaced with Super Why and Dinosaur Train.

What also helped this show feel like more then just an edutainment show was it often had overarching stories over the course of a season instead of every episode just being it's own standalone story.

I remember LOVING cyberchase. I tried to watch it every day I could. When I was younger it actually caused me to excel in math in school with getting a grasp on concept I hadn’t been taught in school yet (though quickly fell out of that when I grew out of the demographic in middle school. Where is cyberchase for calculus lol) The live action segments I found cheesy but charming as seeking real world application for the tools really helped my brain grasp the concept, on top of the over the top situation from the episode. I remember finding out it was still running when I told my roommate in college about the show as she had never heard of it, and proceeded to watch an episode in the later flash animation style (I’m not a fan of the flash animation they switched to.) Also seeing clips you showed of the pilot, for some reason it looks really familiar to me, maybe parts of it were recycled into a later episode???

Right? I remember the shaped village so well. Also the fibonacci sequence and the shape sequence as the puzzles. I still remember that to this day, like any time I see any shape sequences my mind instantly thinks "Triangle, Square, Circle, Circle, Triangle, Square, Circle" even if it has nothing to do with those shapes. That is just the first pattern my mine always starts with.

I loved this series as a kid!. It was broadcast here in Brazil too, in a semi-public TV channel, and it was the last and best show of their daily cartoon block. As as far as I'm aware, it doesn't air here anymore, but I watched probably the first half of the series again and again until the end of my early teenagehood, when I discovered the internet and animes, and lost interest in TV altogether. Keep up the good work!

I loved this show when I was younger. The second episode of season 1 ("Castleblanca") always threw me for a loop - the kids have to survey residents of a castle town, and you think they're just showing you how to conduct a poll in general but NOPE, it's actually about using correct polling methodology to get accurate results! Such an honestly adult topic taught to kids in an accessible way.

It says a lot that after not hearing the theme song after ~18 years, I was reminded of the show and could suddenly sing the theme song perfectly! I also vaguely remember an episode about graphs, and it was revealed that the Hacker changed the style of his graph to make the results _look_ more impressive than they actually were. Blew my mind as a kid!

As a British kid - we don't get the US' PBS - I discovered CyberChase a couple years ago through a brief comparison to the Adventure of Sonic the Hedgehog. I never went back and watched any of it, admittedly, but the concept is cool, the art style is nice and hearing that it managed to be educational without being boring is always a big plus in my book. Even without watching it or having memories of it, I can happily say that I wish there were more shows like it. Also, the theme tune is an actual bop.

I remember watching a couple of episodes back in the day, defiantly surprising to hear that it is still going on. I did have to look it up, and I was more surprised at how the seasons were set up. Season 1 has 26 episodes, but then seasons 2-6 stayed around 10 episodes, then season 7 had only 7 episodes, then 8-10 got Only 5 episodes (1 episode less than most episodes in a season of a British comedy show), then back to around 10 episodes in the current season. Just crazy to see.

I watched it as a kid and loved it. The math wasn't why I watched, it was the cool cyber world they created that kept me going. I also always wanted hacker to win in the end because I still today sympathize with the villain. Also loved the irl moments cause they were pretty funny and the computer games were pretty fun aswell. This show has forever engrained itself in my memory. The only thing I didn't retain was the math; I still suck at that.
