As a psychologist you surely know that the most important thing is honesty and integrity. Cuomo’s therapist surely knows this and surely coaches his clients toward being authentic human beings. Yet, Cuomo continues the fraud. Continues to pretend to be an honest and objective journalist/person. We’ve all seen Cuomo’s performance as a journalist the past few years in regard to Trump. Cuomo has yet to admit to his fraudulent reporting and or fraudulance thru omission. So many negative Biden/Hillary/Obama bombshell scandals that Cuomo ignored. So many unverified Trump scandals that he embellished. Without taking responsibility, there can be no redemption. Good Catholics as well as Psychologists know this is fundamental.

One has to do more than think POSITIVELY, Ellen. One has to ACT positively also. Thinking alone is not enough. One needs to put thoughts into ACTION. Cuomo's words and thoughts are not inline with his actions. Cuomo talks about honesty, truth and love...while he lies and perpetuates hate(against Trump). Cuomo knew Trump never said Nazis and Supremacists were fine people...yet he continued to repeat it to his audience cuz he hates Trump and wanted to help the Democrats. This is dishonest journalism. This is dishonest period! Journalist or not. Cuomo ignored many Biden/Obama/Hillary/Pelosi bombshell scandals while pouncing on every and any Trump scandal(whether it was verified or not). Most Trump scandals turned out to be MANUFACTURED by Democrats! ...while most Democrat scandals are turning out to be TRUE! Cuomo had ZERO journalistic CURIOSITY about Democrat scandals! Cuomo's words and thoughts are nice and sweet. But his actions speak louder than words. If you are honest, Ellen...you have to admit that Cuomo is a fraud as a journalist. As a person too.

Good Job Chris. . .for taking in your friends idea about life being good. Sometimes we have to open our minds to things we aren’t used to. I struggled with thinking positive for years. And negativity seemed to always flow to me. Now that I work hard on thinking positive, even when bad things happen I can honestly say that life has been better. Not perfect, but better. Good things seem to flow to you like a magnet somehow when your positive. In my experience anyway. But it took work, consistency and belief. Like you said. ‘Simple, but not Easy.’😊

Hello there Chris… very enjoyable time with you on this conversation, congrats for talking as you walk…I couldn’t & its ok for me I feelyou are right on the button on everything, I do not feel like elaborating like I usually do. Yes a big change is soon coming Nothing we can do & best is to learn how to adapt with the future. Tough times are needed, it’s what build us & create our strength & confidence. Too many think that life is a steady happiness & this in itself a disappointing perception of life. … for my credit coming from another culture made this possible when America always was the dream Country to visit or to live in This is still true, but not the same extent… So we are still in a beautiful Country…. Still listening to you….Ahah…I will be back…👍🇫🇷🇺🇸. Thank you Chris

Something more powerful that can fix and save, you say people seek. Many begin thinking they are gods in this way, when people are just seeking a little freedom of thought in prayer. Another lesson, and to your point of Polly Anna, is how I see what the Lord needed, saw, and wanted from me. One must remember that in pre-kindergarten I was awakened by a bully and I've never trusted again the freedom to look in any direction without someone demanding I defile myself for their profit. It forever changed how my family and I interacted, and only my grandparents were able to accept they would never be close to me like they were once before. We may have it better in some ways, because they were my best friends and they gave me the world when they left even though I received so little from their estates. I kept trying to partake in the dream my parent's generation depend on for their own sanity, the great indoctrinators and how they use your hopes to get out the vote, and defile 1 Corinthians 13. I succeeded in their world, but as I said they kept trying to get me to defile myself and so I let it go. Part of the joy in maturity is having the stories that come from the hard lessons which you know you never need to live again, for their profit. So, I didn't get my family, but I still get to be a mother by fixing our broken country and in a way I didn't know would accomplish a goal I made as a child to end poverty. I have more experience from the punishments the righteous have given me because I opened my ears and eyes to the opportunities Jesus gave me, which provided one helluva story to use against them. You are right my life is getting harder, they now are threatening to take my driver's license away in 30 days while demanding I get a job in a Colorado Springs market that only wants to employ children, LGBTQ, and any person who will repeat their chants. Not exactly using their brains or obeying the law against bounty hunting, but the courts do it anyway and again in defiance of their own laws. I live securely in knowing first hand their hypocrisy while they fear war and increase a military budget that needs some serious pruning instead. My olympics, taken from me when I was 16, is now seeing the United States get its comeuppance for not paying the countries they forced into labor for the cheap trinkets that are filling up our landfill today for this Christmas season's GDP. It isn't what I wanted or visualized for myself, but when I see the cards against me and know what is in my hand with Jesus handing me jokers to help Euchre them, it puts a smile on my face to know that I am His.

Do you like how Cuomo threatened violence on a guy who called him Fredo? Watch the video, Samaya. Or maybe you liked Cuomo's performance when he climbed up out of his basement...pretending it was the first time he joined his family since he got Covid...when he was spotted several times before in public? Or when Cuomo lied about Trump's "fine people on both sides" comment? Cuomo knew Trump wasn't talking about Nazis or Supremacists but he repeated it anyway. If you are honest, Samaya...you have to admit that Cuomo is dishonest...and yet he continues to act like a good honest person/journalist. He smears ash on his forehead like a good Catholic...as he lies to our faces and becomes violent at the slightest provocation. The guy thought his name was Fredo and Cuomo is ready to fight him. "Go ahead. Take a swing at me!" Watch the video, Samaya.

Hey Chris, thank you for being so real. Life really is good even with the struggles, emotions and happenings...(BTW are you talking about Rev. Michael Beckwith saying "life is good all the time" ?)....we can find the love, the beauty, the lesson for our greater good in everything. Not always easy! But we keep working on on it by learning to "see double". The human experience and the spiritual truth of that experience happen simultaneously. I believe that we can learn to see the visible and the invisible at the same time. Learn to trust that there is a higher good in our trials and tribulations is an ongoing discipline and practice. This trust in a higher good happening when life gets hard, has definately helped me through life's inevitable "suffering". I learned these tools from Rev. Michael Beckwith, Deepak Chopra and others. We are all a work in progess in this area. You are amazing and thank you for sharing. I will keep walking with you.

The greater good? Is that why Cuomo LIES so much? For the greater good? Kinda makes sense. When Cuomo deliberately misstated Trump's "fine people on both sides" comment...was it for the greater good that such an evil man deserves to be lied about? Is lying about Adolf ok because he's such a bad guy? Is that why Cuomo has no problem lying? Because it's for the greater good? Why not just tell the TRUTH????

Another good walk n' talk. I began to wonder if your train of thought would be different if we were actually walking together and my interjections put us on a new road or highway. But, this will have to do and you are right, I don't need to be knocked out by your tail by letting my heat seeker burn your mangia mangia. One last exchange of wisdom as we end last week and begin a new one has to do with mangia mangia. Your stories like mine, have always likely, drawn the crowds. They also give you a few hangers on though, at least they have for me because true lasts where anaolgies do not. People you might otherwise have never chosen, perhaps even me which is why I don't seek you out but wait to see what KZbin gifts to me. It took me losing everything in my life to shed The Great Indoctrinators of Christianity to find the cross I could bear with Jesus. So, my warning to you, from all the great teachers the Lord has given me in the homeless community is, that there will always be people willing to tie a noose around your nut sack while they try to drag you down with a millstone attached to it; the lesbians, gay or straight, believe they've lassoed my uterus so you are not alone. We wear our hearts on our sleeves which every cutlure does not enjoy. They want us to fit into their heaven, when perhaps we are only a curator. Psychiatrists will say you are bipolar for keeping your wits about you while you try and explain to them how these people refuse to remove their tire swing from your tree of good and bad fruit. You are neither of these things, though your body will respond to maintain its metabolism and homeostasis, quite intricate processes that people should spend their time learning rather than trying to play the odds of whether your marriage to Kristina? (is that how she spells it) will last. Truly, I am warning you from a single woman who has goals of her own, that your words sound like you are preparing us for an announcement of divorce. Personally, as a deflector, I liked how you drank from a milk carton with Mr. deGrasse. I'm thinking one better story line is how a father can "nicely" let a new boyfriend of his daughter's know that there are some fences to build before he goes dabbling in her Garden of Eden. The same for your son, no one gives enough air time to the burdens put on men's shoulder for big diamond rings and houses bigger like yours.

Hi Chris, i like your extroverted thinking and walks. It’s your nature/ temperament, or so it seems. I too have a strong extroverted thinking or temperament….. One of the great themes of our time which comes up again and again, for me is, “psychological inflation”. Do i have an inflated ego or a “right sized” ego ( balanced). Do i serve my ego or is it the job of my “ego” to serve the (S)elf or the common good in connection to the social dimension of life that Vico associates with the sensus communis. We live in a United States that tends to externalize everything. The interior ( introverted thinking, feeling, intuition and sensation ) have only recently become acceptable/accessible to Westerners through gardening, yoga, meditation and i would argue depth psychotherapy. Chris, you may enjoy the writing of James Hillman. He was a visionary thinker imo. I like what He had to say about Giovanni Battista Vico (1668-1744) : “My war and I have yet to win a decisive battle-is with the modes of thought and conditioned feeling that prevail in psychology and therefore in the way we think and feel about our being. Of these conditions, none are more tyrannical than the convictions that clamp the mind and heart into positivistic science (geneticism and computerism), economics (bottom-line capitalism) and single-minded faith (fundamentalism). Keep up your walks Chris, And say hello to your brother.

The foundation of psychology is honesty, integrity, authenticity. Yet we see Cuomo continue to be dishonest. For the past 6 years, Cuomo has knowingly lied about Trump while ignoring Biden/jObama/Hillary/Pelosi scandals. Example: Cuomo knew Trump never said Nazis and White Supremacists were fine people. Cuomo cut and pasted Trump's comment...leaving out the part where Trump said, "and I am not talking about the Nazis or White Supremacists...they should be totally condemned." Meanwhile, Cuomo ignored Hunter's laptop...Tony Bobalinski's accusations against Biden...Obama spying on Trump(actually Cuomo didn't ignore that one...instead he said IT NEVER HAPPENED!!!). On Ash Wednesday...Cuomo marks his forehead like most practicing Catholics do. Good Catholics and psychologists alike.. know that honesty, integrity are fundamental to being an authentic human being. Based on the facts...Cuomo is a fraud.

We need the self help. Until we don’t and that is a nice place but searching for answers is essential. What Aristotle say. “ A life unexamined is a life not lived”. Aristotle also said, "honesty, truth, integrity are the most important to being an authentic human being." Cuomo has failed in this regard as his dishonest journalism demonstrates. Trump never said Nazis and Supremacists were fine people. Cuomo knew this and yet he continued to repeat this lie to his audience. Jan 6 was not an insurrection...and yet Cuomo continues to push this fantasy. What kind of insurrectionists come to overthrow the govt...without FIREARMS???? What kind of insurrection where the only person killed was a woman climbing thru a window? Meanwhile, Cuomo has zero journalistic curiosity about the many Democrat scandals. Biden, Hunter, Obama, Hillary, Pelosi...did some bad things. Cuomo wasn't interested. He was more interested in Russia Collusion!!!!

That's unfair. There is always going to be someone who struggles more than you or has it worse than you. If it helps him(or anyone in his position) to talk about his struggles with people, then that's okay. Maybe this is an outlet for him. I always think about the great Robin Williams. Perhaps if he felt he could open up about his depression not guilted because of his fortune, he'd still be here. Just something to think about....

Forgiving is a big area that I have been working on for the larger part of my life, it wasn't until I lost my child and watched grocery store union people stalk me talking about how I should be a better Christian, or that my family took my child and now I should forgive them because they've "accepted" what has transpired over the last 10 years and are willing to shine their good graces on me while plotting to take my next reward. (Don't rack your brain about the union business, they've been a part of life all my life because I was born into a family that negotiated with them who made farming equipment. And in the early decade of this century, I broke their Albertson's picket lines to buy my groceries every week to ensure they had a paycheck to come back to; I was Chief Compliance Officer/HR Manager, I knew the excuses managers made when they just wanted to get rid of someone. I knew how much healthcare costs at my small employer of 20, in, around, over a 100k per month, so I could only imagine what Albertson's was fielding while I watched obese people telling me how to be less obese. To this day pastey white men have found me telling me they've been looking for me, and had grocery store clerks let me know why I'm unhireable. When you know the facts, are good with money, and know what a good friend really is, then you show your stuff as an American, and American soil is where I was born.) My next reward they cannot take, they can only participate, and this may be the best way for me to teach you about how I see forgiveness. People hate the Bible but they love to throw it at others who "do not mind them." One such phrase is to forgive not just 7 but 77 times. This is unhealthy. There is also a verse that says, something like this, "They hurt you and leave you. You clean your house, you heal. You again are drawing attention and the person who hurt you returns, but with 7 of his friends. They all trash your house." (Matthew 13:43-45) The art of this forgiveness is to accept that it is their nature to do these things, and that the only the master who can forgive them into a better life which they keep leading you to believe is restored by your own control and actions, by tickling your fancy ego. So, when I forgive, I forgive their nature which I want no part of in my heaven, Matthew 18:18. I am loving and kind to them by accepting my own frailty of not being to provide that which Jesus can, through whomever he has them come to meet. John 6:63. I forgive by refusing to change my mind, stability they need and can count on, and moving forward wtih my life without worry or micromanaging, as Jesus told me to do. Many cannot handle being forgotten so easily, instead trying to turn you into a mother to their demand fed babies. One must remember they are the supply with such people and it is you who is in control. What helps here, when these people and their 7 friends think they can bully you out of work, into homelessness, working as a prostitute, and surviving on legit and illicit drugs, is remembering that to accept Jesus and fight for Jesus could lead to the same death he suffered, by his own people. I accept this, because I know now, in what I had faith in before, that those small gifts which can last 1 minute or day, are worth a more than a lifetime of living under the thumb of that Man and his 7 friends destroying what little peace you are given in this life.

Chris thank you. I hate change. Have a list of things I want but I haven't done anything about it. Sometimes I think "how can I..." I freeze. I am so afraid. I may have to move. Got a kid in school that has shined in the school Southampton, great school. Has helped him so much in so many ways. I need more money. How do I get it. I lost my job 2 months into covid. Put in for early retirement which killed the amount I get. Because of health issues I put in and was denied disability. A lawyer is working on it now. But would it be better to try for work. So many questions how do I go about getting answers.

Hello Chris and Greg: Have you checked if you inhale and exhale using your nose? That’s is the correct way to let oxygen enters your organism and avoid allergies. Instead, if you use to inhale (while 💤 sleeping) your mouth, it is likely allergies will appear. As is impossible to know how you inhale and exhale while sleeping, are suggested a kind of bands to make your mouth closed, re-educating yourself in the correct way to breathe- I don’t know if you have already tried it or known. Many people with allergies do not know that the main cause for having them is due to inhale and exhale using the mouth instead of the nose. Love when you walk, the sounds. Today different to the days in which go through the beach with those little stones. Could you do me a favor: one day on this way hug one 🌲 🌳 tree. As they are for us to give us oxygen as the oceans and nobody cares. We have to start thanking them time to time. I do love them. The ones I ‘ve seen in the video seem also old because of their high. Finally, every time you talk, I take notes. You know why? To practice it and not just let in the video. And NOW WHAT? Since I’ve listened that concept from you I experienced not only using it but listening to your voice as part of my awareness. (Conciencia). I am reading not an auto help book but one about Alejandro MAGNO by PSEUDO CALISTENES I recommend so deeply for those who love history and from these great people who already wrote it all we need to have a great, worthy, moderate life. And how amazing they are Marco Aurelio, SENECA, EPiCTETO that what neuroscience is studying how thoughts influence our emotions and these ones our actions, have been already developed by these extraordinary philosophers. The practice - the discipline is a day by day matter. The good habits can be incorporated by discipline, strength and will. We start being older since the day we are born. Earth 🌍 moves, is moving right now. CHANGE is part of NATURE. We are part of it. Adaptation to CHANGE or Now What is the KEY for each of us. Change: for those who love literature there is a masterpiece called “Il Gattopardo” by Giuseppe T. Di Lampedusa. There is also the film with Delon and Claudia Cardinale if you love cinema. Thanks CHRIS for giving these times and tell us about your thoughts and experiences. BE--:)

I'll bite on not knowing how to communicate. Part of the reason I put all of these opinions of mine on social media, while people think of how crazy I must be and then rationalize it into a scenario they might abide by if in the same shoes, is because I really didn't have a choice. The theft and identity theft I've suffered made me "think outside of the box." Have you talked with Ernie Ankrim of the Russell Investment Group yet? How he teaches about how Vegas stays rich by just opening up more roullette tables? That's all I'm doing by using social media to take some of the concentrate out of the Florida OJ they keep serving up to the naive and ignorant who just gotta know more about how me, you, I, we tick. So, for this exercise of how people cover up their pain and deal with it. A little back story, is I wanted a tattoo when I was in high school. I wanted a paisley circle that looked a lot like those color circles that the internet used to do to confirm a password, just over my right ovary, or left, but definitely in a place I thought a man might want to go hunting. Do you know what I'm talking about, those circles? I would imagine the colors I wanted it, and in retrospect, some of the colors would match the favorite colors I told some of my father's girlfriends I liked. I've now lost my child to one of my father's girlfriends, his wife of over 30 years now, so imagine what it is like to have them, if I let them, steal my favorite colors because her cold war tactics taught her that my favorite colors meant? Told her what about my "sleeping arrangements' with all of daddy's rondezvous with all of the women in the United States and half of Europe, to use her worn words of chastisements to our honest deflections to her unwanted advances. The pain of losing a child that still lives is very painful, but I am not allowed to not keep a roof over my head unless I have the money to check myself into an early retirement at a mental health facility and pay them to fiddle with my knobs and whistles. Quite frankly, such an option never crosses my mind because I don't let anyone drive my car. Matthew 16:27. Ive still got to eat. I've still got to try and make new friends. I've still had to recover from making bad friends again. So that little paisely tattoo no longer needs to be inked to my skin, it is now a raspberry on my reproductive home. Sometimes it can feel like heartburn, and sometimes it is heartburn when I eat too close to bedtime and my stomach is too full and burst the valve into my esophagus. The Bible guards against marking your body, and I know why now. My paisley tattoo was given to me by all the people who think they've got a right to scratch and sniff my life if I "ever want to work around here again." I hope this exercise finds you well, and any of your viewers who read my posts. It is quite cathartic to know that your secrets are yours to tell anyone you want instead of writing them over to a psychiatrist so they can lobby Congress for fatter paychecks while convince the world how little expert you are in your own life. I can assure you, the smile that comes across your face when the facts you know to be true trump the lies they tell to the insurance companies for their mortgage payments.

I liked this Walk and Talk, but I'm going to need to listen to it more than once to let it make any changes. I know its good advice, but my mind is only listening and filing it away. I need repetitive exposure to it to make it become more upfront in my mind, to make it more subconsciously accessible and automatic.

If you ain't dead you're still in the game. You finally get it, and I've got a health care law and ethics resource to help you. Resource: Judson, Karen, Carlene Harrison and Tammy Albright. Law & Ethics Tenth Edition. New York: McGraw Hill LLC, 2024. 2023, p. 8) "Comparing Aspects of Law and Ethics Table 1-2 Definition of Law: Set of governing rules. Main purpose of Law: To protect the public. Standards of Law: MINIMAL - promotes smooth functioning of society. Penalties of violation of the Law: Civil or criminal liabiity. Upon conviction: fine, imprisonment, revocation of license, or other penalty, as determined by courts." Now compare this to Ethics and Moral Values, which I contend has made the U.S. less free and more litigious, why? Not because individual morals and ethics are wrong, but that people have been taught that their moral and ethical structure is only the law and not them. That their responsible judgment which they will live and/or die by is faulty and is in need of a new naming convention to suit those in power, money, and acceptable physical appearances. "Definition of Ethics: Principles, standards, guide to conduct. Main Purpose of Ethics: To elevate the standard of competence. Standards of Ethics: Builds values and ideals. Penalties of violation of Ethics: Suspension or eviction from medical society membership, as decided by peers. Definition of Moral Values: Beliefes formed through the inflence of amily, culture, and society." Do you see how law has usurped the family? Let LGBTQ be your witness, and those who prayed for LGBTQ to be blessed in Jesus' name your second, because health care by no means teaches that doing such things to mind and body are good for you. "Main purpose of Moral Values: To serve as a guide for personal ethical conduct. Standards of Moral Values: Serves as a basis for forming a personal code of ethics." Note, business and professional fields having their own code of ethics again threaten the family, and it is why there is civil unrest in our country I contend, because it is the culture of this country to blame instead of participate or volunteer. Their fears perpetuated through the etiquette to utilize a psychiatrist instead of their First Amendment Rights; itt may be kosher to air your grievance to only a psychiatrist, but it assigns your power over to them when the power in the facts are your own. Consider the cross you must bear, visualizing in medical science if you still don't like the Bible verses I throw at you. In meiosis, which is the spltting of reproductive cells to create haploid cells, containing half of the chromosomes to make the protein of a human. A person comes into existence, they become whole, through the fertilzation of natural procreation, when the haploid sperm cell breaks through the wall of the haploid ovum, female egg. Just before the cells in oogensis or spermatogenesis spit, creating the haploid egg or sperm, they are joined at one single and specific point; a cross if you will in Meiosis I. Then they split and become an egg or sperm in Meiosis II, ready to participate in coitus, where the opportunity to create a whole person, a diploid cell with all 46 chromosomes is given the chance to grow and influence the world as we know it; abortion should be scary to those of us who have watched the dish soap options at Walmart change from roughly 40 options to 20. Already, the use of bi-, di-, and dia- should become more humorous than scary to you, if you would rather use your brain than our tail. Dt. 28:13. "Standards of Moral Values: Serves as a basis for forming a personal code of ethics. Penalties of violation of Moral Values: Difficulty in getting along with others." Note, here is where just today a person who read one of my posts told me "If you don't like America then you are free to leave." I responded in letting her know how authoritarian instead of democratic she sounded, but in the same vain I've said the same thing to my Australian nationalist ex-husband. Why? I've come to truly accept that only Jesus ensures my freedom, in any country, under any government, because the United States itself proved to me how they don't abide by their own freedom documents. So, my moral values do not match a country who is wiling to employ children instead of adults like me. (PBS News Hour 6/3/2023.) My moral values are different than a country who thinks that democracy and freedom are only substantiated through the witness of sexual immorality, instead of free minds and hearts like mine. So, I am okay if the people of the United States kick me out, I'll just wipe the dust from my feet and be sure to get out of the nuclear radius when the rest of the world is just as done as I am.

First, I gotta tell you the “privilege is poison now” really irked me! Privilege always has made an uneven playing field and people degrading others without any basis bc it’s NOT earned. I don’t know if you’ll ever get clear on that. Anyway, the part about participating in the change that is always happening as time is going by and asking for helping are connected for me. I mean it’s also called pain management and loneliness mngt and aspiration mngt, etc as needed. But Life needs to be managed to reach full potential. The mngt comes in the form of inclusion of other ppl. As an only child, I struggle with this bc ppl are stupid, petty, mean and boring.

As far as you know you've got one life to live. Make the best of it damm it. No matter what's going on, what changes are taking place...roll with it. Not everyone and everything will be what you expected. But one thing you can do is be your very best and be around the genuine people that you truly believe in your heart will bring out your best. Have fun, laugh as much as humanily possible. I walked with you in this one but at my park...now get off your ass and get moving.

There's nothing "easy" about self-help. At least, not honest and active work which reflects in one's behavior and interests. Just as the negative old stuff did. As a Zen Taoist I no longer care what I look like. Since I now see this "reality" as an illusion they are all part of myself and I treat them as such. I'm not always good to myself. I have an electron theory pinned to my YT Channel that explains my electron theory. Society needs a new story, or idea, to build itself around.

Too funny you don't think Elon Musk looks happy. Have you ever met a SPED kid, or a kid with Aspergers? I absolutely love them! We need more of them in this world, and they need more respect for the life and lives they could give us. His honesty is so clean cut it is refreshing to me, like an Aspergers kid which someone my have said he had, but I am Christian so he is only Elon Musk to me. So, I see him as happy and free, even though I think he should stop competing with NASA and help me ensure Africa doesn't get industrialized to the degree of China and the U.S.

All this that you share seems like you and others are caught in dramas. The point is you don't need any and I'm certainly more at peace after removing mine. People need to tend to their needs and dealing with this is the only important thing. Self-realization is to come up with your own saying, aforism, coming from your own experience and perception, or at least when it's a relatable feeling that hits you direct in your stomach, without the talk or thoughts. What is true for you, simply. An insight that makes you laugh at yourself.

Agree. People need to stop being frauds. That's all. Cuomo definitely needs work on that. It starts with admitting the truth about yourself. Cuomo has yet to admit to his lies and fraud. Until then, Cuomo will never find peace. Cuomo might begin the road to redemption by apologizing to his audience about Trump saying Nazis and Supremacists were "fine people". Cuomo knows Trump never said such a thing...yet he repeated it over and over to his audience...because Cuomo hates Trump more than he loves truth...and because he wanted to help the Democrats. Healing can only occur when the light of truth shines upon us.
