Thank you for expressing your thoughts today. I just woke up from four days of over indulging, once again, and was experiencing abject self loathing. Your words are inspiring. I have been down this particular road before, realize the "why" of this behavior. I needed to hear "forgive yourself." I am going to move on.

Absolutely great segment. So true on many levels. Breaking that habit is tough, because it’s much easier to follow the crowd and hop on board, than to go it alone. Gossip and chatter go hand in hand. It’s like sitting around a dinner table and hearing the worries of the world. Instead, find your POSITIVE thing and go with it. Like walk and talk. Great physically and emotionally.

We have all been through our ups and downs. I lost my job a few years back, and I was devastated, but I came back. It was important to me. Otherwise I would’ve gone all the way down which means I would’ve drank myself to death I would’ve made other people miserable, I would not have the gold that I have today. It’s all a learning lesson even when it’s bad, so what we do today is not just change yourself and stay there. Get stuck?? How do we get out of ourselves but we do it by helping others and that’s the secret. When we’re angry, we keep pointing fingers at everybody else but when we try to change, we try to help others by the pain that we go through! It definitely works and that’s how I learn how to change my life. Until I die I’m gonna continually make mistakes but I’m OK with that and I’m honest with that because I let others know that I’m not perfect! 10:13

I particularly love this walk and talk. Chris, you are right-on about how we must first forgive ourselves. We can't change the past, so we have to live with our guilty conscious or forgive yourself and move forward and keep making good choices for yourself. You have a tough demanding job, but man you are so good at it. Remember, God loves you; hang out with him when you start in with the guilt trip.

Every day I awaken, I pray then take inventory of my body. If I’m very lucky I have no pain and everything works 😉 I take my morning supplements and meds. I have a trainer 3 days a week and a physical therapist 3 days a week. Oh at 5:30 am. I’m not going to lie, it takes everything in me and more to just wash my face and brushing my teeth somedays. This is how I deal with my MS.. I treat the bad days just like my good days. No difference, No Complaining! There are times I just sit and cry! Then I get up, blow my nose and thank God for my day. Deep breaths and move forward. Have a blessed day y’all ♥️🤲🏼🗺️☮️❤️‍🩹

I've had a hard time finding genuine people to interact with. Many are self absorbed and downright cruel... and with a lot of women there is the jealousy thing... so mostly I just stick to myself, my husband, my cats, and my flowers. I don't mind. I would rather have no friends than fake, backstabbing "friends."

When people judge it’s because they only live & see through a narrow lenses What they think, what they would do if they were you, is their world, they cannot accept that they is no such thing as “ normal”… They do not accept our differences. It is always the ones they point with the fingers who are the weird ones. It’s people whose life is & had been based on secured or traditional standards. Anything different is going to be rejected & criticized It is so hard for you because everything I know & I do couldn’t be applied if I were a public figure. So I honestly give you so much credit to keep, trying to help all of us your fans & followers by sharing your own thoughts with the goal to help yourself in the first place. I know what it does to us, when we can open our heart, speak to someone & feel we are heard too. This is BIG, there are very few individuals we can do it with. We have to choose & pick anyone we allow in our private circle. How “you & your Family” get to maintain a good level of privacy, is admirable to me. Have a good day Chris, and try to only hold on what really matters. Go for a boat ride for half an hour or more, just to clean up the unwanted thoughts. 😘👍🇫🇷🇺🇸

35:12 "Tied up in why I suck," you are a good leader. You showed me your claws and how you can dig, squat, and bury. The beauty of friendship without benefits is the ability to walk away. Marriage is hard, especially when you are trying to protect your children. The story of your son reminds me of what I see the men around me going through as the lesbians around here keep trying to make our apartment building only for women while using my hatred against me and the men I love. They taunt like your son did to you, and my men, like you, will reach out. I am not there very often for them because I'm more of a sniper than a gossip. I sit there and take it, bearing my own constitution to choose my battles wisely and then I wait for the Holy Spirit to burst forth while hoping I've taking good aim. Only women of my ilk will appreciate me, the gossips are a spray of bullets knowing they will kill something while finding excuses for the innocence lost. I'd rather bear the burden of a mistake once in a while. So, I only suck to those who want me to run over the cliff with them, and here I bring you to the story of how Jesus sent demons into a herd of pigs which he subsequently let die jumping off of a cliff.

I am coming back on a previous show of yours, based on nutrition & how to have an healthy life & food habit. I was not too thrilled with your guest I remember he was much too extreme for my perspective…only…. It worked for him though There is one product which is in most of food and in drinks in the US. I was supposed to search back & bring it to your attention as it is a carcinogenic additive. You or your CC might know about it. But please publicly about it The additive is called « DIACETYL » substance which bonifies the tastes. See you, Vivek & Chris Christie tonight 👍❤️🇫🇷🇺🇸

Denile , my situstion was backwards. My mother hated me. I couldn't ever do anything right. After I figured out that I wasn't the problem (my mother is insane) I spent years finding out that I was a much better person than I had been told. So that's backwards isn't it? Deciding to help people is more dangerous than you could imagine though.

This is why I'm so happy with reconnecting with my inner child, I simply have an inner dialogue with her and ask her to forgive me 😊 When it comes to having good people around me, the dynamics changed when I moved to the US, which many didn't really support, but I sensed was their own fear and envy. The better I feel, the more alone I become in Sweden, but rather that than having to lower my energylevel. I do miss some peeps from my 20's but that is also life. Thanks for sharing and Keep it up! Oh, you should exercise with what is FUN for you. You just have to come to terms with your limitations, just like I know I'll never become a professional dancer more than some Hula entertaining, but, I still dance because it makes me feel happy, alive and free. So, what do you want to feel and what can you do to feel that way?

Yay!! So happy to see the walk n talks! Very thought provoking conversation; congrats on 20lbs lost 👏🏽. (I’m so jelly), so you don’t workout for show?? You’re more “go than show??” I mean, come on Chris if you’re working out the way you workout and getting the results that you’re getting by looking the way you look 💪🏽 you can do a “show n share” for inspiration value of course; to encourage hard work and discipline. I’ll be inspired!! 👍🏽😍👍🏽😍

I wonder if all wouldn’t start how people’s needs or expectations are from the beginning for them. Again because of my different culture, as an outsider, I always was & still is seeing things differently. There is an outside eye that I cannot change What had struck me not immediately but understood much later through business or even in Family, it that people’s nature is so often to compete with other people either they admire or the ones they wish they were… People tends to want to be… what ever it is… they mostly all have a facade trying to be their idle persona…. Influenced of course by all the outside influences. So the basics reality is that people either do not like who they are or they want to be more than what they think they are. This just there creates their lack of confidence And…. This is when those people envy, become the people that they are either jealous of or rivals with…. I always said, “I do not love myself” , like we are too often told & advise to do…. But more valuable to me, “I love who I am”, what ever it means, but it has changed my life like you have no idea. Priceless & so feel good awareness. As I never stop thinking & reviewing what I said before. My answer to people is to grow up trying to find out who they are, grow up in it & never think others are better. My biggest competition always was myself, which was the hard way because of a very demanding personality when I only came to the realization in those last 3-4 years . A bientôt . 🇫🇷🇺🇸
