Thank you bothso much! I spent almost three years virtually incapacitated by daily migraines. They took me off some medications and the headaches pretty much disappeared. I'm 60, so the road back seemed pretty daunting. Discovering your videos was my way forward. Three months ago I couldn't imagine doing a 30 minute cardio video. Now, I can do 60 minutes and I walk 5miles a day. It's all thanks to you both.

Another great workout!!! Thanks so much, April & Aiko!!! April, I love that you introduce new moves to keep our minds going. You make me always feel like if I mess up to just keep on going, love the encouragement. The different lengths of workouts let me pretty much daily do something out of your selection. It depends how busy I am. I have found myself trying to get extra steps in when I doing activities. Aiko, you always keep the humor going, which is so encouraging & makes the time go fast...I think you can read my mind. Thanks again, see you tomorrow.

as a person in 20s who sits 8+hrs for work, this is much needed!! I just found out your workout from the 30mins resistance band and this one is a very good cardio part after some muscle building! and everytime i want to give up i told myself if my grandma can do this, i can do this. Thank you and your mom for being my motivation!

This routine really builds up on you-- I'm sweating! I had trouble with youtube this morning, I finally got the video to run but it was very blurry and low resolution. When the resolution came back, I noticed again how great you and your mother's skin is. That's the proof that exercise is the best-- energy and great skin! Thanks!

What a unique twist on the pyramid! I got excited when I learned of the new structure of the pyramid and I wasn't disappointed. It kept my brain active and the moves weren't physically difficult, making it easier for me to speed up my moves and completing a move cycle even though the clock ran out. Please, please design another routine of this type, April. Aiko, you were fantastic. I always remember that it's great when the brain is challenged to think on a different plane and this kind of routine does this in spades...Anastasia

Once again I'm so grateful that I found your Workout on U Tube. When i begin following your exercises I was going through a rough time then i decided to follow you everyday and I came out of my depression, and I noticed that when I stopped for a little while, I started to Physically feel stiff, so once again I am back to a daily exercise routine and incorporating different exercises making it more exiting so i wont get bored. Just did this workout and loved it! I love the build up then coming down, makes it so much easier to achieve. I have always been a yo yo exerciser but find that your workouts are great. If I don't feel fantastic I can do a 10 minute workout or if feeling fine do a longer one. I also love that you don't feel absolutely wrecked after the workout which means that I will stick with it, but still get sweaty. Thanks for these great videos, they are just what I needed!

thank you, yes we trying to keep her young lol i see your mom keping up lol thatsagood thingsi use to be very active until carv19 hit i got sick last year haven been the same sense,but i trust God no matter what i take it one day at a time,you so sweet to teach these work out lesson,some time i think im having a strok cause my left hand tighing up hard to write or hold thing but in still moving and not giving up.thank you guys once again.

Will definitely try this! I go to a mental health therapy group and today a lady in the group recommended me looking up walk & dance. So I did! My goal for tomorrow is to try this out ☺️ I am not a senior by any means (I’m 30) but an absolute beginner. Due to my mental issues it’s difficult to me to get out of my home to exercise. I tried another at home workout a year or so ago but it was too difficult so I just gave up. But this looks more like something I could do!

First time trying one of your longer videos plus the cool down video. By about 3/4 way through I was barely going through the motions but I made it! I just do heel lifts for the walking in place as it's easier on my achy bits. I'll put this one on my once a week list :) Since I Chrome cast to the tv, I have no idea how far through the routine I am (or how much I have left) as there is no countdown on the tv screen - that's what I wish I could see!
