I am 62 years old and was very athletic, but cancer hit me 4 years ago and since then everything has changed. Because of medications I am taking, it's hard to run or kickboxing which I used to do. But today I was able to do the whole wonderful workout with you. Thank you for giving me courage.

I absolutely loved this workout! I'm 65 years old and am having poor circulation. I want to exercise everyday. Your KZbin channel is a blessing from the Good Lord. I started with the Beginner 7-minute exercise 4 years ago, and also did the 4-minute routines while on my 10 minute break at work. I'm retired now, and am enjoying your workouts as an alternative to gym classes and outdoor walks. Thank you!😀

These are sooooo cute, fun, effective, simple, do-able, and ENCOURAGING!! I dont feel intimidated by whats being asked of me to do. I dont feel like your just showing off, but you are actually helping me. I started workimg out but had to stop, my 1 year old didnt know what i was doing so he started crying lol

Love all your workouts. I will be doing this one today! I tried some of your breakfast recipes and they are delicious! I hope it's okay to share one of my own. Banana-Oatmeal cookies which can be eaten at any time of the day: I roughly mash two bananas in a bowl; I add a dash of almond extract, a heaping tablespoon of organic almond butter; cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice to taste and about a cup of crushed mixed nuts. I mix all this to incorporate all ingredients then I add about a cup and a half of dry rolled oats. I mix this until all the oats are completely covered. Then with a small ice-cream scoop I portion out the cookies onto a lightly oiled cookie sheet and press them into a roundish shape (it gets a little messy and sticky). This recipe yields about 10 - 12 cookies. I bake them for 20 minutes. The last 5 minutes I put it on broil to crisp up the top a little bit. So delicious!

Really fun workout, feeling super energised (and sweaty) afterwards. It's great having these longer videos also, I love the 7 min ones but these longer ones fly by just as fast.

I’m not the first here to share being on a long road of recovery. When I first found your workouts, it wasn’t even an option. I just couldn’t do any of the moves…. Not a one. Now here I am, not only able to do them but feeling stronger and stronger! Weight from the long period of inactivity is, I won’t lie: hard to lose! But I’ve lost 20 and have 10 to go! LADIES!!! Even at 63, it’s doable! Lucy, thank you so very much!!!

I love your walking workouts. I can't stand jogging and because of the pandemics, I cancelled my gym membership. Hi Lucy. This workout is quite deceiving because I am sweating. I workout often and I was really surprise at how intense it is. Low impact, but with a punch. Love the total body workout as it hits all muscle groups. I am 63 years old and this was an excellent workout that I could keep up with and looking forward to more workouts with you. Thanks again!

I started this workout a few weeks ago, then started adding in your 7-day challenges. I am nearly 67 years old and hadn't been working out a whole lot lately. I did get a little soreness, but not much even though this workout felt a little bit challenging to begin with. I LOVE the fact that I am not getting injured while I workout!!! This morning I did your 10-minute muffin top challenge, then your 7-minute arm workout challenge and then repeated this 30 minute walking workout. Feels good! I don't plan to do this much every day, but it is okay to do so a few times per week? Thank you so much for these workout videos. LOVE THEM!!!

I love your workouts. Since I had my rotator cuff reversal athroplasty surgery done on the 20th of February and with therapy, your shoulders, arm, and upper back have helped me so much. I am told to use my theraband, and I have been using them with some if not most of your exercises. Thank you again and again.

I’m 72 going on 73 in April 22 and I really like your exercises I do them every week. I did have major surgery a couple years ago and I’m able to keep up with almost everything you do. I only ask that you put cool down link at the end of all of your exercises because there is not always a link to cool down. And do we need to keep our head elevated after we exercise and we are doing stretches so it’s not pass out 😀and do we keep our hands on our thighs when stretching and not our knees ? I also told one of my friends who’s much younger than I am in our early 60s about you and now she is doing your exercises too. Thanks for your hard work 😊 Jacksonville Florida USA

I just finished this work out this morning and I want to keep it up every day maybe do another one in the afternoon or evening. In some of your other videos that I followed last week you asked to put our step count down below in the comments, after this workout I had done 3,194 steps, I think it could easily have been more but I did change out a couple of the excercise with squats as my coordination isn't as good as I'd like it to be. Thank you for these free videos I am very much enjoying following them along at home and feel so much better mentally afterwards too! 💪😁✨

Love this workout so much! We've been having thunderstorms here so I haven't been able to get outside to exercise. This video has been so helpful and I never get bored of Lucy's workouts!

I have. been exercising to Leslie Sansone's videos and needed an alternate. It was hard to find one until doing this video. Thank you for an easy to follow program and an effective muscle builder. The routine was fun and went by so fast.

Great workout! I am doing the American Cancer Society Walking Challenge this month and this video let me put in 1.8 miles! This is one I will be doing on my vacation to help me accomplish the 40 miles in the month of May. Thanks so much for making this video, Lucy!

Just found you about 2 weeks ago when the weather got too cold to bike or walk outside. After trying other walking videos, I find yours the best fit for me. Thank you so much for posting these and helping me to enjoy exercising inside!
