I am 74 years old next week and have been walking and exercising regularly for several years. Sadly, my husband has lung cancer and dementia so I am now at home 24/7 to care for him with the help of hospice. I have tried several types of videos on KZbin and am very happy to have found yours. I like the grace of the moves, the fun variety and the fact that I can also get strength workouts without getting on the floor!! Thank you.

This is a great workout. Physical and also challenges the brain. Would enjoy more of these. Perhaps 1 and 2 mile walks. Your videos are terrific and lack the often frenetic nature of other exercise videos.
I found this work out challenging for my legs today. I persevered and by the end of the workout, they felt much better. Thanks Lauren for a great workout!

Teachers strike so granddaughters all day up at 6.00am - I thought I need some form of stretch after today saw this video looks friendly .. what was I thinking - up the pace / great video but still concentrate on what u are doing gives u a good workout- enjoyed the walking and then weights - now for shower and probably an early night .....makes your brain think with the moves - as always thankyou 🙏

I loved this one. I’ve been working hard to lose some weight and added some ankle weight (not more than I’ve lost) to this after the warm up. Mostly because I am still carrying a lot on my thighs and think the additional cardio will help to lose some there. Thank you. This is fun!

I used a step for the steps and knees to the front to increase the cardio intensity. I always get a good workout! Love the weights for shoulder strength! Thanks!!!!
