Walnut cake with egg yolk icing

This is one of our favorite cakes. I started making this video for you before, but I forgot to press the record button during one of the scenes, so I had to start a second time. We ate this portion just as quickly as the first one. It is very easy to make and very tasty. Would you think that it is possible to make icing from egg yolks? The only secret is to pour it on the hot cake. I hope you will like it as much as we do.
What you need:
160g of sugar
60g of butter
160g of ground walnuts
100g of coarse flour
4 eggs
160g of powdered sugar
20g of vanilla sugar
*Tip: Use a smaller baking tray cca. 25x35cm.
