Important message to my A-Team 🧡(please read!!): This video is not monetized. I found out later that the impactful clip at 7:55 has copyrighted music. Nevertheless, I kept it in, even knowing that this would hurt my earnings. Why? Because my primary goal is in helping YOU - this is my big picture North Star. I think the clip’s message and the emotions it brings out could save a life, your life, someone else’s life. It’s also the perfect example of what I’m trying to say in this video to combat laziness. It’s more than the money, the grades, the accolades. It’s about [fill in the blank - you should know the answer if you watched the video! :p] SO. Let’s make this VIDEO BLOW UP! 🤯 Please help me in being part of the movement: watch the entire video on 1x speed, like, comment, share with your friends. My purpose is helping people just like you *get their life back*, so THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart for helping me make a positive impact on the world ✨

Understanding Laziness - Laziness is being disinclined to activity or exertion - Exertion involves using your body in a way that requires significant effort Motivation Hacks - Adopt a "glass half full" attitude by focusing on positives and acknowledging common humanity - Incorporate enjoyable elements into your study routine, such as listening to music(use theA) - Use motivational thoughts, like remembering those who work hard despite worse circumstances - Focus on your relationships and your "why" to stay motivated Mindset and Action - Combat laziness by focusing on mindset rather than immediate action - Adopt the "might as well" mentality to progress daily - Take a moment to reorient your brain before starting tasks

same thing happened with me The principal of my school said to me that you are not doing well I didn't think you would get such low marks, I am very upset with your result, you are a very good student, we have a lot of expectations from you, then I said sorry...He told me that it is not a matter of regret, it is a matter of development, how you develop yourself, I want you to study well or progress a lot...I felt very bad to hear that I did not meet his and my parents expectations...I have promised myself that I will definitely do well in my upcoming exam and I will study hard this time..

To explain the phenomenon biologically, the main reason people lose their motivation to work hard today is because they're addicted to excessive level of dopamine. Well I do acknowledge that dopamine is absolutely crucial in retaining your excitement of finishing any tasks, a lot of people nowadays is pushing it to a unhealthy scale with unhealthy habits, which I believe could be listed and have its dopamine stimulus level explained in lots of KZbin videos (maybe Amy can make a video about that also or she already has, pardon me if I am wrong). So the first step to start gaining motivation and retain it for a long run would be " dopamine detox". Try to quit all of your unhealthy habits completely for a week ( Again, "unhealthy" is used here for activities that overstimulates your dopamine, which eventually leads to addiction to high dopamine level that significantly lower your motivation to do hard tasks, they won't be unhealthy anymore if you gain control of it and use it for good stress relieve), then do some of it back but limit the frequency (for example, instead of XXX for urself every day, try to reduce it to 1 in 3 or 4 days), you'll feel so much better as you tend to be happier finishing tasks that would produce less dopamine. A few words for Amy and for everyone who's thriving everyday to become a better version of themselves: You guys are the most beautiful human on this planet. The beauty of hardwork, of knowledge, and confidence is eternal. Despite not being a model, Amy is still the most charming girl I've met. Its been a huge pleasure to follow your journey on KZbin and see your great changes as well as endless positive vibes for everyone struggling to have some

Gurl/boi....its ok to grief about your parents... griefing takes a lot of time...i am very sorry for your loss.. But u also need to understand that you want to be independent too...u can't always stay under ur relatives house...u need to be strong and study....i am also struggling with procrastination and laziness...its okay to feel that...after all we r humans and we have feelings....to conquer our weakness we need to know why it happens? Why u want to study? Do u want to be successful in future?! Or do u want all the happiness comes to u? Or u want to be independent? ....gurl/boi we both can work on ourselves and grow further. I wish u all the best to u for ur finals...i know u will win and i have trust on u...the only thing u have to do is to trust urself and u'll conquer ur mind.

I've met incredible friends that would never be in my life now and support me in everything and I want to believe that if there is a challenge, then it's the right place I gotta be (just like in many games that you know you're in the right path if you are encoutering many enemies hahaha) I hope that everyone that actively watched your videos can fell motivated enough to get the control of their lives back just as I felt encouraged to do so! Hey Amy, I’m a 14 years old Canadian student and I don’t really struggle with productivity issues or laziness but I am always at lost with whether I am doing the right thing or not. Whether the decisions I am making will it get me into my dream university or whether some club is more important then the other. And the greatest of all am I volunteering enough. At this point I am not even having any fun in life which causes my screen time to go high. I cannot count how many times I question my choices and rethink whether it will help me get into my dream college. So could you PLEASE make a video of how to get into a good university even if you don’t do sports. Because that is the root of my cause… Because I don’t do sports and they are very important I think that I need to put extra extra effort in other things because I am just never doing enough.

Amy, what would you love to learn outside of your studies that’s fun? For example, learning different cultural dances, survival skills in the wilderness, or flying a plane-something that reflects your personal interest in growth. I really appreciate how you share your journey and support with us; it shows we’re part of the A-team! 💪🏻☺️”

Hi Amy. I had a mental breakdown just before you posted this video (what a nice way to start a comment huh). I just started my second year in uni, and I'm studying Psychology. I am a very passionate student, and I love the subjects I get to study, but I think I had been in burn out for...over a year? Okay, that sounds really dramatic, but it is what it feels like. I tried all the possible methods to make studying fun again, to finally stop being lazy, scared to start, not feeling competent enough. The reason why I'm telling you this, is because I have to thank you. "Combat your laziness by focusing on your mindset, not your action" made me realize that I'm kinda focusing on the wrong thing. I am smart, I am capable enough, but my mindset has been the problem this whole time. Your goal is to inspire younger ones, and I want to exchange your hard work with a big big big thank you. Thank you for taking care of us and helping us find a peaceful and loving relationship with Learning, more than just studying. You're doing amazing, and I really hope that your application has been accepted 🤍
