@@JJ-ks3moYou don’t have to use a roller or anything that height. Go as far as your leg will go and then try to get a little higher

See? Theres all these videos of doctors talking about whats best but what people need for hip problems is something like this from an athletic point of view. And squats, lunges, etc. Strength is the best management for hip problems. Not a pill, not a stretch, but things like this. Thank you.

stretching an strength training go an in hand to build strength an not injure Urself u need good mobility doesn't make sense being able to squat 500lbs but not be able to touch ur toes or ass to grass on a squat of just 200

Stretching is a part of your mobility, strengthening allows you to balance and hold your weight and beyond... Stability is gained through repetition. We need stability, and mobility. Without that your pain will get worse...

Jesus Christ my quads cramped so hard on the first one. I have been trying to figure out what my weakness with hips are because most mobility drills are quite easy and I’m flexible in most. I couldn’t even do that first one.

Cautionary note from 57 year male regular training: beware 'Fire Hydrant' mobility move. It induced Sciatic nerve pain. I thought I was in trouble. Cease and desist on the fire hydrant move and no further pain. Promise I'm experienced enough to specify that it was this move that I isolated and eliminated. Just sharing my personal experience.

Thanks bro, my hips are my biggest weakness. My right hip has been sore for about a month now but I never thought anything of it until yesterday it completely locked up my leg and I couldn’t move it forward. I don’t really know what’s going on but I’m tryna fix it.
