This warm salad went over exceptionally well. Suggested cooking time left the vegetables with a delicious crunch and the salad dressing complimented the vegetables. Today the leftovers are lunch in a cauliflower wrap. Thanks!

@@FoodImpromptu made it today and it was great. I have been buying heads of organic cauliflower and roasting them with other veg on the oven. It is good but this recipe was a delicious change. Super easy to make and really delicious. Thank you again for all of the recipes!
