@@foreverendeavors6210 TBH, I do think the guy who "caught" the police officer speeding was being a bit ridiculous. Getting warrants signed by a judge is just paperwork and a little bit of a bureacratic speedbump. A way to keep cops from just acting, like a street gang might. It's a way to document WHY they're gong to invade your house, potentially assault and or shoot you, go through and potentially steal your property or kidnap you. Judges almost NEVER refuse to sign warrants. I can't imagine those situations were a judge has refused to sign a warrant. If they do, they must be absolutely awful warrant submissions.

thats because people like sterotyping cops and you only watch vids where they do bad. I personally usually only watch vids where they do their job so its very rare for me to see a law officer abusing power. However lets go back to your sterotyping. Are you ok with black people being sterotyped or middle eastern people, because personally even if its true that both of these groups commit far more crimes (I am fully middle eastern/middle asian very dark) I am very agaisnt sterotyping these groups of people because just because some have commited bad actions, it doesnt mean the majority or all are bad. However if u think cops should be called out then using that same logic we should call out and comment "typical suspect" on all videos where a middle eastern person or black person commits a crime which I am very agaisnt and call people out all the time when they do comment so.

Well, Law Enforcement HAS made a very high number (of people) millionaires….. due to their corrupt and ways and inability to control their emotions and anger, when someone checks their ego. The quickest way to find out if a cop is corrupt or not, is to hurt his/her ego & if you do in fact hurt their ego, you’ll see how quickly they react and try to come up with some reason to arrest you on the spot, just to try and assert their “power” lol …. The only difference between criminals & half the populations corrupt law enforcement is a badge and a gun.

He will just get judicial immunity because he was doing something within his scopes. Judges have done far worse than this and get away with it do to judicial immunity. There was this one case where a mother went to a judge and had the judge make a court order to sterilize her minor daughter and the judge for some psychotic reason agreed and allowed it to happen. The girl didn’t find out that she was sterilized as a child until she got married and tried to have kids and she couldn’t. She tried to sue her mother, the doctor who did it, and the judge, but she couldn’t sue the judge because of judicial immunity. You see, our “justice” system is rampant with corruption. Judicial immunity, qualified immunity, and any other type of immunity, exist for the express purpose of shielding corrupt government officials from accountability in civil court. It’s extremely rare that government officials are held up on criminal charges, and with all these types of immunity that they get granted so easily, it makes holding corrupt officials accountable, impossible. Until we all get up and straight up demand that these things be forcibly changed under threat of violence and unrest, there will be no changes, and these criminals with badges and gowns will continue to get away without any repercussions for their actions. The Supreme Court was wrong to create the judicial doctrine that is Qualified Immunity, and only the same court or congress has the power to remove it, but they won’t if people don’t start putting their feet down in large numbers and demand change. Until these changes are made, and government officials are held accountable, there will be no trust in law enforcement or the “justice” system.

@Strange Daze But it's not a judge's job. In my state anyway, the law states that a magistrate may sign an arrest warrant. So legally speaking, that part of it is sound. If the consensus is that magistrates shouldn't hold that power, then everybody should be in the face of their state representatives to have the law changed. For this particular case, there is a judicial review process available which should be demanded. But I suspect that there won't be near as much of a rush if people to take any action to change anything or hold anyone accountable as there is to complain and squawk about how screwed up the system is on the internet. Magistrates are appointed by judges, who are elected in all but a couple states. The judges who appoint a magistrate with such a lack of integrity should be held accountable by the voters as well.

Police departments are standing armys...there is danger ahead for everyone who lives in this tyranny, how far we have fallen,if the founding fathers were alive today they would rally an army and overthrow this tyrannical police state we are in ,I'm 70 years old, I fear for my children, and grand children..they are in trouble, it never surprises me what a man will do once they put on a uniform and are given authority of the people who the WORK FOR, it has to stop

Yes. Instead it talks about a well regulated militia. If we had volunteer well regulated militias in every state, instead of the now federalized national guard, wh the people could call on our militia members when government overstep the constitution as is happening in this video.

It establishes some other stuff we dont seem to be using at all tho, but i hate talking like that because im well aware that some cops are awesome but they all wear the same uniforms as the bad ones. Its kind of like kids in Chicago. Some are killers, some are just trying to get through school without dying.
