I think many people miss the real value of these videos and obsessed garage. Sure it’s about the product, but it’s more about the way Matt thinks about things. He’s an entrepreneur with tremendous marketing and sales skills. His personal development coach must be awesome. My compliment to Matt is this… If you had a vase and wanted to fill it with rocks and sand (rocks are your big goals, sand are the little goals), Matt always fills his vase with Rocks first, then the sand. I've learned a lot about suspension via offroading and getting shocks rebuilt regularly. I also have been in the Mitsubishi world for a long time and Muellerized is definitely the place to get top suspension stuff for Mitsubishi platforms. That said, I'm sure that the part numbers from them will seem the same as ordering directly from Ohlins, but the difference is them picking out the spring rates and shim stacks & spacers in the shocks. Based on what I've learned from the off-road world, I assume they just order the components in bulk and build the kits in-house, custom to the platform and information that you give them about your car and goals.

If its a car you plan on keeping I would go for the 9 personally, the mivic engine is a leap forward compared to the 8 and the interior/seats in the 9 are much nicer.

Liking the new mounts for the foam cannons.. what you think about a stainless back plate behind all three? Would prevent marks on the cabinets in the long run and tie them all in visually

Curious why you don’t use the Vyper Low Pro at home since you prefer the lower height for detailing? Have had mine for a couple of weeks and love it. Did have to add a couple of caster locks as it tends to run away every time I stand up. 🙄

I’ve been using the 1 bucket method as I do a pre-wash and then re-foam the car and wash like regular but instead of using a second bucket with a somewhat useful grit guard, I just spray off my wash mitt with a generous amount of pressurized water blowing off any dirt or whatever much better than just dunking mitt in a bucket and swishing it around at the bottom in the already dirty water 🥴

By chance, are you using Atom-mac straight? If so, why? I picked up a bottle to try and on the bottle it has a dilution of 2%-5% with water. Wanted to ask your thoughts on diluting it. Another great wash and talk!

Ive been using one bucket for years. I wash my car weekly so the water is never dirty when done. I also use a Detail Guardz dirt trap which traps larger particles.

The OG site has gotten quite a bit more complicated over the years as I've worked toward the full solution set. If you look at the detailing section, it's broken down by category. In each category, there is a package that includes all the components. You can use those packages to either purchase of work through each item a la carte to order what you need if you should have some of the stuff already.

The 1 bucket is the way to go. Not sure where you get 13 pads. I can do my truck with 4, and the mitts are 100% clean, not slightly cleaner, at the start. Less dirt, better results.

Then you are doing way too large an area with each pad. Remember...dirt is on the paint. Pushing it around a giant area is a bad idea.

Gtechniq say their citrus snow foam is safe on their coatings. Surely they have done the r&d. I mention them because obviously your cars are coated in their product. My car is coated in csl and exo and i use citrus foam as i like to believe they know what they claim. Who knows.

Been using this lately on our coated vehicles. 250 ML in a foam cannon is perfect. No issues. Really does help since we’re washing the vehicles everyone 3 weeks/month.

Rinseless bro here...I'll put my rinseless washed car up against yours any day. I do use a pressure washer first when it is really dirty, sometimes I'll even do foam presoak, but its still rinseless that is doing most of the work during the contact wash. Even when I pressure wash and pre-foam, I'm still getting done faster with rinseless than I am with a 2 bucket soap wash. No offense taken here. We all have our own preferences, opinions and environments that we have to deal with. At the end of the day we all have a clean car and there is a right way and a wrong way to do each of our methods.

Rinseless isnt doing shit, most of the cleaning is the pre wash..believe me most of my washes have been rinseless that i now have gotten away from after seeing a dirty ass rinse bucket even pre spraying before and it not cleaning correctly on a outside parked car.
