Just let me explain something to you so it can make some sense 😏..The prosecution couldn't let the defence know they were planning to use the tapes. The only reason they are now coming in is because woody got on the stand and mostly said "wachumean" or he couldn't remember what he told police!..so now by law they can show some of the police interviews to support their assertion that he knows more than he is willing to say in open court. Had woody got on the stand and agreed with everything that a.d.a hylton said then no way would the taped interviews be allowed in as evidence.

Remember the Vin Diesel movie “Find me Guilty”, that’s what it was based off. (2) The big Mafia Commission Trial in 1985. (3) The big RICo Lucchese family trial of 1988. Just to name a few.
