I'm not sure if it exists. Why would we avoid things that are good for us? Let's say someone hates their job and avoids it as much as possible. Is that person lazy or is it just that they should find a different job that would give them meaning and make them happy?

@ Thank you for the question! I think if motivation doesn’t come for a long time, it might mean the job isn’t the right fit. Sometimes changing paths can help you find something more fulfilling-and it’s never too late to try something new.
